摘要: The present disclosure relates to dual connectivity methods. In one example method, a first access network device sends a request message to a second access network device, where the request message is used to request the second access network device to serve as a secondary access network device of a terminal served by the first access network device. Then, the first access network device receives an acknowledgment message from the second access network device, where the acknowledgment message is used to acknowledge to the first access network device that the second access network device agrees to serve as the secondary access network device of the terminal.

摘要: A method and system for measuring a service transmission status of a user equipment is provided. A first service station transmits a first data packet for a user equipment; the first service station determines at least one second service station that transmits a second data packet for the user equipment; and the first service station instructs the at least one second service station to measure a service transmission status of the user equipment, where the first data packet and the second data packet are different data packets of a same service of the user equipment or data packets of different services. According to the method and system, a service transmission status of a user equipment can be measured in a multi-station transmission scenario.

摘要: The present application discloses a method for allocating a network resource, a method for connecting to a target device in a network, a base station, and a terminal device. In the method for allocating a network resource, a base station receives request information sent by a first terminal device, where the request information is configured to request the base station to allocate a network resource; the base station sends, to the first terminal device, allocation information of the network resource allocated by the base station, where the allocation information is configured to indicate the network resource allocated by the base station; the first terminal device is a terminal served by a cell of the base station, and the second terminal device is a terminal that accesses the target device by using the first terminal device. Thus, a problem of network resource waste is reduced, and user experience is improved.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a communication method and a communications device. The method includes: generating, by a first communications device, a MAC PDU data packet, where the MAC PDU data packet includes at least one first-type MAC CE, each first-type MAC CE is used to carry information about multiple secondary serving cells, and the first communications device determines a location of the first-type MAC CE in the MAC PDU data packet according to a secondary serving cell corresponding to the first-type MAC CE; and sending, by the first communications device, the MAC PDU data packet to a second communications device, so that the second communications device obtains the first-type MAC CE, and determines, according to the location of the first-type MAC CE in the MAC PDU data packet, the secondary serving cell corresponding to the first-type MAC CE.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide an apparatus and a method for determining a transmission direction of a secondary carrier. A reference carrier of a first secondary carrier is obtained according to network configuration information, and a transmission direction of a subframe on the first secondary carrier is determined according to a transmission direction of a subframe on the reference carrier, so that data transmission directions of the reference carrier and the first secondary carrier are the same at a same moment. A transmission direction of data of the subframes on the first secondary carrier transmitted in a frequency band adjacent to a frequency band of the reference carrier is determined by using the reference carrier, thereby avoiding interference occurring when the adjacent frequency bands simultaneously transmit data of different directions.
