One example detecting method includes determining a candidate resource set within downlink resources of a current cell. The candidate resource set can include at least one candidate resource carrying a common control channel of the current cell. A detection is performed on the at least one candidate resource in the candidate resource set, so as to acquire the common control channel of the current cell.

Abstract: A feedback Information sending method and a terminal are disclosed. In an embodiment a method includes receiving, by a terminal device within a first transmission time interval (TTI), a transport block (TB) sent by an access network device, wherein the TB comprises at least two code blocks (CBs), and wherein the at least two CBs comprise a first part of the CBs and a second part of the CBs and sending, by the terminal device, first feedback information and second feedback information to the access network device when the terminal device receives the second part of the CBs within a second TTI and does not receive the first part of the CBs, wherein the first feedback information indicates whether the terminal device correctly decodes the first part of the CBs, wherein the second feedback information indicates whether the terminal device correctly decodes the second part of the CBs, and wherein the second TTI is after the first TTI in a time sequence.

Abstract: A terminal receives downlink scheduling information of a downlink subframe F(i, j), where a set M of preconfigured downlink subframes in which the downlink subframe F(i, j) is located is divided into N subsets of preconfigured downlink subframes, a bit quantity of a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement HARQ-ACK that needs to be fed back for each downlink subframe in one subset of preconfigured downlink subframes is a predetermined value, and bit quantities of HARQ-ACKs that need to be fed back for any downlink subframes in different subsets of preconfigured downlink subframes are different. The terminal generates a HARQ-ACK codebook according to a receiving status of downlink data. And the terminal generates uplink control information after encoding the HARQ-ACK codebook; and a sending module sends the uplink control information.

Abstract: This application discloses an uplink control information transmission method and related apparatus, to resolve a prior-art problem that joint coding and transmission cannot be performed in a scenario in which PUCCH resources of SRs are not aligned with a PUCCH resource of a HARQ/CSI in time domain. The method comprises: determining a PUCCH, wherein the first PUCCH carries first uplink control information (UCI), and the first UCI comprises HARQ information or CSI; determining a second PUCCH, wherein the second PUCCH carries second UCI, wherein a time domain position of the second PUCCH overlaps a time domain position of the first PUCCH, and the second UCI comprises a SR; and when the second UCI meets a condition, only sending the second UCI on the second PUCCH.

Abstract: A control information sending method, receiving method, and device are provided. The control information sending method includes: determining a first subframe of a first radio frame on a first carrier, where the first subframe includes a control region; sending control information in the control region of the first subframe of the first radio frame to a user equipment, where the control information includes a PDCCH; and sending an ePDCCH in a second subframe of the first radio frame to the user equipment. According to the embodiments of the present invention, when control information borne on an ePDCCH cannot be sent in a first radio frame, a PDCCH can still be sent to a user equipment through a control region in a first subframe, thereby achieving purposes of performing uplink/downlink scheduling for the user equipment and downlink feedback for uplink data of the user equipment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data channel sending method. In the method, a base station starts a clear channel assessment (CCA) on a data channel for a to-be-sent data channel. If the CCA on the data channel succeeds, the base station sends the data channel in a first subframe within a time window, where the data channel performs rate matching based on a reference signal (RS). The RS includes a first RS or a second RS. The first RS occupies continuous OFDM symbols in a subframe, and the second RS occupies discontinuous OFDM symbols in a subframe. The time window is a preset time window used to send the first RS, and the first RS is used by a user equipment (UE) to perform cell identification and/or a radio resource management (RRM) measurement on a cell served by the base station.

Abstract: In an uplink information sending method, a terminal device receives scheduling information sent by an access network device in a first time unit. The terminal device determines a second time unit and a first time offset. The second time unit is after the first time unit, and the second time unit carries downlink information sent by the access network device. The terminal device further determines a third time unit. The third time unit is a time unit that is offset from the second time unit by the first time offset. Further, the terminal device sends first uplink information scheduled by using the scheduling information in the third time unit. In this way, information transmission flexibility and reliability can be improved.
