Abstract: A data service control method and a related device are disclosed. The method includes: determining, by a PGW, a status of a data service switch of UE; if the status of the data service switch is that the data service switch is turned off, after the PGW receives a first data packet that comes from or goes to the UE, determining, by the PGW, whether the first data packet belongs to a specified type; and forwarding, by the PGW, the first data packet if the first data packet belongs to the specified type; or discarding, by the PGW, the first data packet if the first data packet does not belong to the specified type. During implementation of embodiments of the present disclosure, when the data service switch of the UE is turned off, data traffic of the UE can be saved.

Abstract: A service processing method, a service processing apparatus, and a communications system are provided. The service processing method includes: receiving, by an access network device, from a core network device, a bearer setup request message of a VoLTE service; and rejecting, by the access network device, the bearer setup request message when determining that LTE network signal quality of a terminal of the VoLTE service cannot satisfy the VoLTE service. The technical solutions provided in embodiments of the present disclosure help improve stability of an established VoLTE service, thereby helping improve call experience of a user.

Abstract: A data service control method and a related device are disclosed. Abstract: The present invention discloses a single radio voice call continuity handover method and apparatus. An MME records whether a bearer deletion request message sent by a gateway device is received, and if the MME determines that the bearer deletion request message is received, the MME does not send a bearer deletion instruction message to the gateway device, and does not delete a local voice service bearer resource. Therefore, after the MME performs voice service bearer deletion on an IMS side, the MME does not perform voice service bearer deletion on an EPS side, thereby avoiding a conflict in an SRVCC process. Alternatively, when a reason for session termination is SRVCC handover, a PCRF does not send a re-authentication request message to the gateway device, that is, the gateway device does not perform a voice bearer deletion process on the IMS side, thereby avoiding a conflict in an SRVCC process.
