Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, including: determining, by first user equipment, a frame structure of a first serving cell; and sending and receiving, by the first user equipment in the first serving cell, information based on the frame structure of the first serving cell, where: in the frame structure of the first serving cell, one radio frame includes at least one first subframe and at least one second subframe, and both the first subframe and the second subframe include a symbol used for downlink transmission, a guard period, and a symbol used for uplink transmission; in the first subframe, a quantity of symbols used for downlink transmission is greater than a quantity of symbols used for uplink transmission; and in the second subframe, a quantity of symbols used for downlink transmission is less than a quantity of symbols used for uplink transmission.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment transmission method and an apparatus. The hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment transmission method includes: receiving, by user equipment, on a first serving cell in a subframe n-k, a PDSCH or a downlink control channel indicating downlink SPS release; and sending, by the user equipment in a subframe n, an HARQ-ACK corresponding to the PDSCH or the downlink control channel that is of the first serving cell and that is in the subframe n-k, where an HARQ-ACK timing includes a first HARQ-ACK timing or a second HARQ-ACK timing.

N and k are each positive integers greater than or equal to 1. The program has instructions to send and receive information in frames based on the frame structure. Each frame has N downlink subframes, N uplink subframes, and (2k−2N) special subframes, where N is less than k, or N downlink subframes, (N−1) uplink subframes, and one second special subframe, where N is equal to k, or (N−1) downlink subframes, N uplink subframes, and one first special subframe, where N is equal to k.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink control information transmission method, a terminal device, a base station, and a system. The transmission method includes the following steps: First, the terminal device determines an information bit sequence of to-be-transmitted uplink control information. Then, the terminal device determines a first sequence according to the information bit sequence, where the first sequence is a linear-phase complex exponential sequence. Finally, the terminal device sends the to-be-transmitted uplink control information to the base station by using an uplink control channel, where the uplink control channel occupies N symbols, N is a positive integer, a signal carried on a symbol l of the N symbols is directly proportional to a product of the first sequence and a second sequence, and the second sequence is a cyclic shift sequence.
