摘要: An information medium recognition device for recognizing an information medium such as a handwritten signature inputted by performing an offline input operation. The information medium recognition device is provided with a detection portion for scanning the information medium in different scanning directions and for detecting a stroke density corresponding to each of the scanning directions, an inference portion for converting the stroke density into a compressed fuzzy density by performing a fuzzy inference process on the stroke density corresponding to each scanning direction, which is detected by the detection portion, and a judgement portion for judging from the fuzzy density corresponding to each scanning direction whether or not the information medium is genuine. Thereby, the information medium recognition device has an excellent effect in that the genuineness of the information medium such as a handwritten signature can be accurately recognized and judged on the basis of data obtained as the result of the fuzzy inference processing performed by the inference portion.

摘要: In a method for measuring chlorophyll of a leaf of a plant, the light having passed through the leaf is divided into a light component of a shorter wavelength the amount of which changes with the amount of chlorophyll and another component of a longer wavelength the amount of which does not change with the amount of chlorophyll. The amount of these two components are measured at the same time and the difference therebetween is used for determining the amount of chlorophyll contained in the leaf. A chlorophyll meter utilizing the method is provided with a spectroscopic dividing means for dividing the light which has passed through the leaf into the two components.

摘要: In a method for producing a molded gasket having a surface treated layer on one surface of a substrate and integrally formed with a gasket body constructed by a rubber-like elastic body on the other surface, a first step of integrally molding the gasket body on the substrate, a second step of temporarily placing the molded piece on a placement stand, and a third step of removing a burr portion from a production portion by punching the molded piece are sequentially executed. For preventing foreign material attachment, pollution and scratching, the first step integrally forms a projecting leg portion constructed by a rubber-like elastic body at a position corresponding to the burr portion in the molded piece, the second step brings the molded piece into contact with the placement stand by the leg portion, and the third step removes the leg portion as a part of the burr portion.

摘要: A process for preparing a metal nanostructure having metal masses with zero valence aligned on a substrate surface wherein the size and shape of the metal masses are controlled is described. The process can include preparing a micro phase separation membrane of an amphiphilic block copolymer on a substrate and then exposing the membrane to a solution containing metal ions; drying the membrane to form a micro phase separation membrane with the metal ions localized in hydrophilic segments of the membrane; and irradiating vacuum ultraviolet light on the membrane to reduce the metal ions and to remove organic materials.

摘要: A radio frequency (RF) amplifier circuit includes a first impedance matching circuit configured to receive an input RF signal, a control circuit configured to produce a band control signal according to the frequency of the input RF signal, an RF amplifier having its input connected to the first impedance matching circuit. The RF amplifier can produce an amplified RF signal in response to the input RF signal. A second impedance matching circuit can receive the amplified RF signal from the RF amplifier. At least one of the first impedance matching circuit and the second impedance matching circuit has an impedance that is adjustable by the band control signal. A multi-band filter can switch the amplified RF signal from the second impedance matching circuit to one of selectable narrow-band filters in response to the band control signal.
