    摘要: A test data generating system and method to conduct high-speed operation (actual operation test of an LSI using a tester. The system converts existing simulation data to high-speed operation verifying test data which is formed to obtain a predetermined output expectation value after a clock signal is stopped for a predetermined period. The test data generating system includes a selecting device to select first output expectation values from simulation data and an inserting device to insert output expectation values, which are identical to a predetermined number of the first expectation values, after the first output expectation values. The system also inserts an input pattern, which is identical to a predetermined number of the input patterns, after the input pattern corresponding to the first output expectation value. A replacing device replaces the predetermined output expectation values of the simulation data with third output expectation values, and a setting device sets the first output expectation values to second output expectation values determined from the simulation data based on the predetermined number or the third output expectation values.

    摘要: A winding is wound directly on the magnetic head core formed of a single crystal of Mn—Zn ferrite. The diameter is 20-30 &mgr;m. A high-saturated magnetic flux density material (iron) having a magnetic flux density which is more than 1.3 T covers walls of the magnetic gap using sputtering. A slider including the magnetic head comprises ceramic including titanium calcium. The magnetic head is adhered to the slider with a low melting point glass. In a magnetic recording apparatus including the above-mentioned magnetic head, the slider includes air bearing surface trains arranged in the driving direction of the magnetic recording medium on a contact surface of the slider. Each bearing surface train includes protruding portions and a hollow portion direction. The hollow portion escapes the air between the protruding portion and the recording medium. The head is evacuated from the magnetic recording medium.

    摘要: An outboard motor has various electrical components mounted on a front side of the crankcase chamber. The crankcase chamber is connected by an electrical line to a negative terminal of a battery in an associated watercraft in order to ground the crankcase chamber. Thus, the electrical components are easily grounded by being connected to the crankcase chamber. An intake silencer of the engine induction system is positioned adjacent the crankcase chamber and at least one of the electrical components is disposed between the silencer and the crankcase member. An oil filter mount is also disposed on the front side of the crankcase chamber. The mount is adapted so that the oil filter can be installed thereon and is tilted along an inclined axis.

    摘要: A crankcase arrangement for an engine includes an improved construction that allows lubricant to more freely flow through the crankcase and to quickly return to a lubricant reservoir even though the engine has a compact construction. A cylinder body of an exemplifying engine includes at least an upper bearing portion, intermediate bearing portion and lower bearing portion. A crankcase member, which defines a crankcase cavity with the cylinder body, includes an upper bearing section and a lower bearing section. An upper main bearing journal of a crankshaft is rotatably journaled between the upper bearing portion and the upper bearing section and a lower main bearing journal of the crankshaft is rotatably journaled between the lower bearing portion and the lower bearing section. A bearing cap is arranged to rotatably journal the crankshaft with the intermediate bearing portion. In a preferred form, the bearing cap includes a plurality of cap sections that are joined together. Each cap section cooperates with a corresponding intermediate bearing portion of the cylinder body. Intermediate main bearings, which are formed by the cooperating cap sections and intermediate bearing portions, journal the crankshaft at a plurality of locations between the upper and lower main bearing journals of the crankshaft.
