    摘要: Provided is an intake system that enables extension of an intake air introduction pipe without increasing the external dimension of the intake system. The intake system comprises: a plurality of branch pipes (27-30) which are arranged one next to the other and communicate at downstream ends thereof with a plurality of intake ports (14) provided in an engine (10), respectively, each branch pipe extending from the downstream end thereof to an upstream end thereof in a curved manner; an intake chamber (26) communicating with the upstream ends of the branch pipes; and an intake air introduction pipe (25) having a downstream end communicating with the intake chamber, wherein the intake air introduction pipe has a section that extends in a space defined between the branch pipes and the engine in a direction of arrangement of the branch pipes.

    摘要: A bolt-on replacement intake manifold has an asymmetrical plenum with a first end including an inlet, a closed terminal end, a concave top surface and a convex bottom surface; a flange; and a plurality of runners extending from the bottom surface of the plenum and terminating at the flange. The plenum defines an interior space in flow communication with the runners. The bottom surface of the plenum is wider than he top surface. The plenum initially widens from the inlet to the first runner and then begins to narrow from the first runner toward the last runner adjacent to the closed terminal end. The runners are tapered, curved, and vary in length. The intake manifold causes air to exit each of the plurality of runners at substantially the same angle. The manifold balances airflow across each runner and increases swirl inside the cylinders enhancing fuel economy, power output, and torque.

    摘要: A detachable connecting device for connecting first and second functional components to each other has a connecting element arranged in a connecting element receptacle of the first functional component so as to be force-transmitting. A bushing that is circumferentially closed is arranged on the connecting element. A bushing receptacle is provided on the second functional component. The bushing together with the connecting element is arranged in the bushing receptacle for realizing force transmission between connecting element and second functional component. The bushing receptacle has a circumferential side relative to the connecting axis that is provided with an insertion section with insertion opening to insert the bushing from outside of the circumferential side into the interior of the bushing receptacle or to remove the bushing from the interior of the bushing receptacle through the circumferential side.
