摘要： An exterior airbag for vehicles includes an airbag cushion deployed forwards from the front surface of a vehicle. The exterior airbag may include a plurality of airbag housings mounted to a bumper of a vehicle, a plurality of airbag cushions received in respective airbag housings so as to be deployed forwards from a front surface of the bumper, a plurality of partitioned chambers defined in each of the airbag cushions along a longitudinal direction of the airbag cushion, with a plurality of gas supply holes formed in respective partitioned chambers so as to evenly supply airbag gas to the chambers, and at least an inflator providing a airbag gas to each of the airbag cushions through the gas supply holes.

摘要： The present invention relates a method and an apparatus for enhancing ultrasound image quality through a post-processing. A method for enhancing an image quality of a two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound image, comprises the steps of: a) decomposing the 2D ultrasound image into a plurality of images having a multi-resolution by N levels, wherein N is a positive integer; b) determining characteristics of each pixel in the decomposed image; c) performing an enhancement process for the decomposed image based on the pixel characteristics; d) performing 1st-level composition for the decomposed image; and e) repeatedly performing steps b) to d) until a size of the composed image is identical to that of the 2D ultrasound image.

摘要： The present invention relates to an image processing system for enhancing the image quality of an ultrasound image. The image processing system may include: an image data forming unit for forming image data based on image signals acquired from a target object; a log-compression unit for log-compressing the image data to provide a log-compressed image; a TGC processor for analyzing a vertical profile of pixel intensities in the log-compressed image and automatically setting a TGC (time gain compensation) parameter based on the analysis result; a gain processor for calculating mean brightness of pixels included in the log-compressed image applying the set TGC parameter and comparing the calculated mean brightness with predetermined brightness, thereby automatically setting a gain parameter based on a comparison result; a DR processor for automatically setting a DR (dynamic range) parameter by using edge contrast and background roughness of the log-compressed image applying the set TGC and gain parameters; and an image forming unit for applying the TGC, gain and DR parameters to the image data.
