摘要: A cathode foil and an anode foil, with an oxidized film layer formed on the surface and a separator interposed therebetween, are wound together to form a capacitor element, and prior to subjecting the capacitor element to chemical repair the content of the binder in the separator is adjusted to 10 to 20% with respect to the total weight of the separator. After the chemical repair, the capacitor element is immersed in mixed liquid prepared by mixing a polymerizable monomer and an oxidizing agent together with a predetermined solvent, a polymerization reaction of the electroconductive polymer is induced in the capacitor element, and a solid electrolyte layer is formed. The capacitor element is then inserted in an outer case; sealing rubber is mounted in the open-end portion and sealed with a tightening operation; and the unit is thereafter aged to form a solid electrolytic capacitor.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an optical disk comprising an elastomer layer formed on a transparent substrate and having infinitesimal bumps and depressions such as pre-addresses or pre-grooves, and a reflection retention layer which is formed on the elastomer layer and which comprises a thiophene vinylene resin having a glass transition temperature and, after curing, a high reflection factor. The reflection retention layer having high levels of affinity with polymers minimizes the possibility of its delamination from the elastomer layer. This makes it easier to form the reflection retention layer.

摘要: An optical disk manufacturing method comprises a step of preparing a master disk having an elastomer layer, formed on a transparent substrate and containing photosensitive dyes, and a polymer support layer, formed on the elastomer layer and having a glass transition temperature; a step of forming minute bumps on the master disk by irradiation of a focusing laser beam; a step of forming a metal layer on that surface of the master disk which has the minute bumps; and a step of forming a stamper layer on that surface of the master disk which is rendered conductive, thereby forming a stamper. According to another optical disk manufacturing method, the metal stamper forming step is replaced with a step of forming a transfer layer, made of a transparent ultraviolet-ray hardening resin, on that surface of the master disk which has the minute bumps, thereby forming a resin stamper.
