    摘要: A capacity control valve for a variable capacity refrigerant compressor for controlling the compressor capacity by adjustably changing a pressure level prevailing in a crank chamber of the compressor, the capacity control valve having a valve mechanism opening and closing a portion of a gas-supply passageway extending between a discharge chamber and the crank chamber of the compressor, and a discharge pressure responsive unit controlling a movement of the valve mechanism in such a manner that only when the discharge pressure of the refrigerant gas is below a predetermined pressure level, does the valve mechanism reduce the opening area of the portion of the gas-supply passageway due to a force provided by the discharge pressure responsive unit in addition to a different force produced by the discharge pressure of the refrigerant gas. The capacity control valve enables the compressor to produce a satisfactory refrigerating performance irrespective of the environmental temperature.

    摘要: A variable capacity type swash plate compressor includes a novel hinge means. The hinge means includes a supporter arm, a main guide pin, and an auxiliary guide pin. The supporter arm is disposed on the rotor projectably therefrom toward the swinging swash plate, and has a main guide hole extending perpendicularly with the driving shaft. The main guide pin is inserted rotatably into the main guide hole. The auxiliary guide pin is inserted slidably into a hole, formed in one of the main guide pin and the swinging swash plate, perpendicularly with the main guide pin at one end, and it is fixed to another one of the main guide pin and the swinging swash plate at the other end. With the hinge means, the top clearances of the pistons can be always maintained virtually uniformly, and the moments resulting from the compression reactive forces can be inhibited from interfering with the discharge capacity control. Additionally, the compressor can attain the reduction in the manufacturing costs.

    摘要: In an apparatus which applies periodic pulsation to a solution flowing through a conduit while undergoing perfusion by a pump, a first valve is disposed in the conduit downstream of the pump, a bypass line is provided to the conduit downstream of the first valve, and a second valve is disposed in the bypass line for withdrawing some of a first pulsed flow formed in the conduit by opening and closing the first valve, through the bypass line as a second pulsed flow. A valve driving circuit periodically opens and closes the first valve and second valve at predetermined time schedules so that the second pulsed flow is superimposed upon the first pulsed flow to form a waveform in the conduit. Any desired pulsatile waveform can be obtained by adjusting the pulse width, the crest values, the delay time, etc., of the two pulsed flows.

    摘要: The inclination angle of the wobble plate in a wobble plate type compressor is changed to obtain a discharge capacity in accordance with a cooling load. A spring is provided to adjust the inclination angle of the wobble plate in cooperation with the pressure force acting upon the pistons connected to the wobble plate, and thus the pressure in the suction chamber corresponding to the temperature of the exhausted air is kept at a constant level. That is, the temperature of the exhausted air is kept at a constant level suitable for maintaining a desired cooling condition in a vehicle.
