摘要: A packet filtering apparatus selectively outputs packets among a plurality of inputted packets. A plurality of conditions are stored, with each condition being specified by a partial data position that indicates a position of a data part of a packet, comparison data to which the data part is to be compared, and a comparison criterion for comparing the data part and comparison data. Different conditions contain different comparison criteria. When filtering packets, a condition in one of the stored conditions is selected, and a data part of an inputted packet is compared with the comparison data of the selected condition according to the comparison criterion in the selected condition. Packets are selectively outputted depending on the result of the comparison.

摘要: A method of cooling a martensitic steel pipe by cooling the inner and outer surface substantially equally while rotating the pipe around the axis, wherein the cooling rate is 8.degree. C./s or higher. The inner surface is preferably cooled by passing water without completely filling the inside of pipe. The maximum cooling rate at the both surfaces is 35.degree. C./s or lower for a martensitic stainless steel pipe. The 2-step cooling method of a martensitic stainless steel pipe, comprising the 1st air cooling where the pipe is cooled from 30.degree. C. lower than Ms(martensitic transformation start temp.) to the average of Ms and Mf(martensitic transformation finish temp.) and 2nd intensive water cooling where the the pipe is cooled down below Mf. The 3-step cooling method comprising 1st intensive cooling where the pipe is cooled from Ms+400.degree. C. to Ms, 2nd mild cooling where the pipe is cooled from Ms to the average of Ms and Mf, and 3rd intensive cooling to the Mf.

摘要: Bearing 1 comprises a porous bearing body 1a having a bearing surface 1b disposed to oppose an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 3 via a bearing clearance 4, a lubricating oil or lubricating grease impregnated in the bearing body 1a, and hydrodynamic pressure generating grooves 1c formed on the bearing surface 1b of the bearing body 1a. The rotating shaft 3 is supported, without making contact with the bearing 1, by a hydrodynamic pressure oil film formed in the bearing clearance and the oil is circulated, via openings made in the surface of the bearing body 1a, between the inside of the bearing body 1a and the bearing clearance 4.
