Abstract: Provided is a method for a terminal performing a random access procedure in a wireless communication system. The method comprises the steps of: transmitting, to a base station, a first random access preamble corresponding to a system information block-of-interest; receiving, from the base station, a random access response including a random access preamble identifier, wherein the random access preamble identifier indicates a second random access preamble; and determining that the random access response is valid for the terminal if the second random access preamble is included in the same preamble group as the first random access preamble.

Abstract: Suggested is a novel condition for a media access control (MAC) entity in user equipment (UE) reselecting a sidelink resource in a wireless communication system. The MAC entity of the UE can reselect a sidelink resource when a configured sidelink grant does not satisfy a latency requirement according to ProSe per-packet priority (PPPP). More particularly, configuration is performed by an upper layer so that the MAC entity transmits on the basis of sensing using a resource pool; the MAC entity selects generation of a configured sidelink grant corresponding to transmission of a plurality of MAC protocol data units (PDU); and when data is available in a sidelink traffic channel (STCH) and the configured sidelink grant does not satisfy the latency requirement according to the PPPP, a sidelink resource is reselected.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives, from a network, a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource configuration. The PUCCH resource configuration may be included in the SPS configuration. When a change of an SPS operation is required, the user equipment transmits an SPS change request to the network and receives, from the network, an SPS resource grant activated according to the SPS change request. The user equipment changes allocation of a PUCCH resource allocated according to the PUCCH resource configuration, on the basis of the received SPS resource grant. For example, a timing at which or a period in which the PUCCH resource is allocated can be changed.

Abstract: A method for changing a coverage enhancement (CE) mode at a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes steps of determining a CE mode level to be changed, transmitting a CE mode change request message to a network based on the determined CE mode level, and receiving a CE mode change message from the network via a physical downlink control channel. Especially, when the determined CE mode level is greater than a current CE mode level, a random access preamble associated with the determined CE mode level is transmitted to the network as the CE mode change request message.
