摘要: [Object] To further reduce the concentrations of basic amine compounds remaining in decarbonated flue gas.[Means of Solution] A CO2 recovery system includes an absorber 2 and a regenerator 3. The absorber 2 includes a CO2 absorbing section 21 and at least one water-washing section 22. The CO2 absorbing section 21 allows flue gas 101 to come into contact with a basic amine compound absorbent 103 so that the basic amine compound absorbent 103 absorbs CO2 in the flue gas 101. The at least one water-washing section 22 allows the decarbonated flue gas 101A in which the amount of CO2 has been reduced in the CO2 absorbing section 21 to come into contact with wash water 104A and 104B to reduce the amounts of the basic amine compounds entrained in the decarbonated flue gas 101A. The regenerator 3 releases the CO2 from the basic amine compound absorbent 103 containing CO2 absorbed therein. This CO2 recovery system further includes an absorbent-treating section 23 disposed downstream of the at least one water-washing section 22 through which the decarbonated flue gas 101A flows. The absorbent-treating section 23 allows the decarbonated flue gas 101A to come into contact with circulating acidic water 105 to further reduce the amounts of the basic amine compounds entrained in the decarbonated flue gas 101A.

摘要: The CO2 recovery apparatus is provided with a CO2 absorption portion for absorbing CO2 in a CO2-containing exhaust gas by a CO2 absorbing liquid, a water washing portion provided on the upper portion side of the CO2 absorption portion so as to cool a CO2-removed exhaust gas and also recover the accompanying CO2 absorbing liquid, a washing liquid circulation line for directly circulating a washing liquid containing the CO2 absorbing liquid recovered in the water washing portion, an extraction line for extracting part of the washing liquid containing the CO2 absorbing liquid as an extracted liquid from the washing liquid circulation line, a concentration portion for separating a gas component (water vapor) from the extracted liquid while concentrating the CO2 absorbing liquid, and a concentrated liquid feed line for feeding a concentrated liquid concentrated in the concentration portion to the side of an absorbing liquid regeneration tower.

摘要: A CO2 recovery apparatus provided with a CO2 absorption tower for making a purified exhaust gas and an absorbing liquid regeneration tower for regenerating a CO2 absorbing liquid by separating CO2 from the CO2 absorbing liquid, in which a lean solution removed of CO2 in the absorbing liquid regeneration tower is reused in the CO2 absorption tower, a cooling tower for cooling the CO2-containing exhaust gas containing CO2 is provided on the upstream flow side of the CO2 absorption tower so as to set a temperature (T2) of the purified exhaust gas exhausted from the CO2 absorption tower lower than a temperature (T1) of the CO2-containing exhaust gas containing CO2 cooled in the cooling tower (T1>T2), and a condensed water made by condensing water vapor discharged from the absorbing liquid regeneration tower is evaporated in an evaporation portion.

摘要: There is provided an exhaust gas treatment system including a CO2 recovery unit with further enhanced energy efficiency. An exhaust gas treatment system (1) of the present invention includes: a CO2 recovery unit (10) including a CO2 absorption column (11), an absorbing solution regeneration column (16), and a reboiler (21); and an exhaust gas heat exchanger (5) provided on a gas upstream side of the CO2 recovery unit (10). Heat exchange is performed between process condensate discharged from the CO2 absorption column (11) and steam condensate discharged from the reboiler (21) in a heat exchanger (22). The heated process condensate is fed to the absorbing solution regeneration column (16). Heat exchange is performed between the cooled steam condensate and exhaust gas in the exhaust gas heat exchanger (5) so that the steam condensate is heated while the exhaust gas is cooled.

摘要: A CO2 recovery device includes: a CO2 absorption unit for absorbing CO2 in a CO2-containing flue gas, by a CO2 absorbent; a washing unit for cooling a CO2-removed flue gas and recovering the accompanying CO2 absorbent; a circulation line for directly circulating wash water; an extraction line for extracting a part of the wash water containing the CO2 absorbent as an extracted fluid; a first gas-liquid separation unit for separating a gas component from the extracted fluid; a concentration unit for concentrating the CO2 absorbent contained in the extracted fluid and separating the gas component; a concentrated fluid return line through which a concentrated fluid returns to the CO2 absorption unit provided below the washing unit; and a gas inlet line through which the separated gas component is introduced into an absorber.
