    摘要: A sampling device for use with a gas analyzer, has an inlet, a changeover valve connected to the inlet, two branch passages having upstream ends connected in parallel to the changeover valve for having gas to be analyzed directed through one or the other thereof from the inlet depending on the position of the changeover valve, a further changeover valve connected to the downstream ends of the branch passages for opening the downstream ends of the respective ones of the passages when gas to be analyzed is being directed into the respective branch passages, and a capillary for each of the branch passages, each capillary having an upstream end connected to the corresponding branch passage and having the downstream end adapted to be connected to a detector for detecting components of the gas being analyzed.

    摘要: A toner for developing electrostatic latent images is produced by a process comprising the steps of: (a) preliminarily dispersing a monomer composition comprising at least a polymerizable monomer and a colorant in a liquid dispersion medium which is substantially mutually-insoluble with the monomer and contains a fine powdery dispersion stabilizer, thereby to form a liquid dispersion containing the preliminarily dispersed monomer composition; (b) pressurizing the liquid dispersion up to a pressure of 10 kg/cm.sup.2 or above; (c) ejecting the dispersion into a low pressure section to form particles of the monomer composition; and (d) subjecting the particles of the monomer composition to suspension polymerization, thereby to produce toner particles.

    摘要: A gas analyzer for measuring the concentration of a gaseous component in a test gas includes first and second separate cells adapted to alternately be filled with a test gas containing a gaseous component to be analyzed and a standard gas, light sources for directing rays of energy through the first and second cells and through the test gas and standard gas alternately contained therein, a detector positioned to receive the rays of energy after passage thereof through the first and second cells for detecting the concentration of the gaseous component within the test gas, and a changeover device connected to the first and second cells and adapted to be connected to sources of the test gas and the standard gas for alternately supplying the test gas and standard gas, at fixed intervals and in fixed amounts, into the first and second cells. The changeover device includes a single block having therein first and second inlets adapted to be connected to the source of test gas and the source of standard gas, respectively, first and second outlets respectively connected to the first and second cells, and a rotary valve rotatably movable between a first position respectively connecting the first and second inlets with the first and second outlets and a second position respectively connecting the first and second inlets with the second and first outlets.
