摘要: The present invention discloses a boron-containing plastic crystal polymer and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The described preparation method comprises the following step: curing a mixture containing a plastic crystal, a metal salt, a monomer and a photoinitiator. The plastic crystal polymer prepared by the present invention can be used as all-solid electrolyte, without any liquid additive being added therein. The obtained electrolyte has a room-temperature ionic conductivity up to 3.6×10−4 S/cm, and shows a high sodium ion transference number and a wide electrochemical window up to 4.7V. The present invention further prepares composite positive and negative electrodes for positive and negative electrode modification of a sodium ion battery. A finally assembled all-solid sodium ion battery shows good rate performance and cycle stability at room temperature, achieving a specific discharge capacity up to 104.8 mAh/g at room temperature and a capacity retention ratio of 85.4% after 80 cycles.

摘要: A method of preparing a superabsorbent polymer includes preparing a base resin in which an acrylic acid-based monomer having acidic groups which are at least partially neutralized and an internal crosslinking agent are crosslinked in the presence of a sodium polycarboxylate surfactant; and heating the base resin in the presence of a surface crosslinking agent to carry out surface modification of the base resin, wherein the internal crosslinking agent includes a first epoxy crosslinking agent having an epoxy equivalent weight of 100 g/eq or more to less than 130 g/eq, and a second epoxy crosslinking agent having an epoxy equivalent weight of 130 g/eq or more. The superabsorbent polymer provides improved rewetting property and liquid permeability.

摘要: A method for forming a benzophenone-containing emulsion is provided. The method includes a step of forming a pre-emulsion by combining a monomer composition with a benzophenone or a benzophenone derivative in water, the monomer composition including one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid monomers and (meth)acrylic monomers, vinyl acetate, aromatic monomers, vinyl neodecanoate, and combinations thereof. The pre-emulsion is polymerized by combining the pre-emulsion with a radical initiator in a reactor to form a reaction mixture that polymerizes to form an emulsion polymer. This procedure implements novel and easily polymerizable benzophenone (meth)acrylates) into the polymer backbone preventing them from leaching out of finished coatings. Advantageously, the benzophenone-containing emulsions can be used to form paint coatings with dirt pick-up resistance while maintaining the excellent flexibility of paint finishes to limit cracking of the final film.
