    Abstract: Techniques of wireless communications include enabling the UE to indicate region in the channel bandwidth of a band combination where the MSD is zero or small. The indication defines a frequency boundary where MSD is “low” (e.g., small or zero dB) and MSD is “high” (e.g., >0 dB), and may contain a frequency offset from the centre of the MSD originating source to the boundary. The UE indication may be given as part of UE capabilities (e.g., UE indicates per BC the MSD region and MSD value within the region), or as a part of UE response to a network request (e.g., network requests UE to report MSD values for a given band combination and UE provides the information), with a UE capability for supporting such request-response mechanism.

    Abstract: An example method, apparatus, and computer-readable storage medium are provided for radio resource control (RRC) procedures for machine learning (ML).
