摘要： The present invention relates to a capsule system for preparing beverages by centrifugation of a capsule (1) in a centrifuging brewing device comprising: —a centrifuging brewing device comprising control means (25) capable of operating the device in centrifugation by controlling the beverage flow rate and/or the volume of the beverage, and —a capsule to be inserted in the brewing device wherein the capsule is designed to form, alone or in cooperation with the centrifuging brewing device, a flow restriction or flow restriction valve which provides a backpressure for the centrifuged liquid, wherein the control means (25) of the device selectively adjusts the rotational centrifugation speeds of the inserted capsule (1) and/or the volume of injected liquid in the capsule as a function of the exerted backpressure by the restriction or restriction valve.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for remotely providing service functionalities for a beverage preparation machine (1). The beverage preparation machine (1) is adapted for preparing a beverage by receiving a capsule in a capsule extraction unit, circulating a carrier liquid, such as water in particular heated water, through said capsule in the extraction unit and by dispensing a resulting beverage. The machine is in data communication with a remote server (50) via a communication network (511, 501, 502). The machine (1) monitors (S1, S2, S3, S4) parameters related to the machine and submits (S5) the monitored parameters to the server (5). The server (5) initiates (S8, S9) a service functionality depending on the submitted parameters. The present invention further relates to a beverage preparation machine (1) adapted to support such a method and to a system (100) for remotely providing service functionalities for a beverage preparation machine (1) at a customer location (150).

The device includes a water injection head for injecting water in the capsule and a capsule holder for holding the capsule in the device, a mechanism for centrifugally driving the capsule, and a perforating member configured relative to the capsule in the device to open outlets at the periphery of the capsule. The capsule includes a pierceable membrane, and the perforating member is suited to be engaged through the membrane for forming with the perforated membrane a filter for retaining solid particles in the capsule and orifices in the membrane for enabling the centrifuged liquid to leave the capsule.
