    Abstract: In a wireless communication network, a user equipment (UE) determined a power control adjustment state (PCAS) for a transmission occasion based on a duplex mode of the transmission occasion by one or more of: using a PCAS function specific to the duplex mode of the transmission occasion; using a separate set of PCAS index values for each duplex communication mode; accumulating transmit power control (TPC) command values for half-duplex transmission occasions separately from accumulating TPC command values for full-duplex transmission occasions; interpreting a TPC command based on the duplex mode for the transmission occasion; and determining one of an accumulated PCAS and an absolute PCAS based on one of: i) an accumulated/absolute configuration of the half-duplex mode communication mode of the network device, ii) a radio resource control full-duplex mode communication mode accumulated/absolute parameter of the network device, and iii) a network device-configured full-duplex mode communication mode accumulated/absolute parameter.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE) generally including receiving signaling indicating one or more values for a scheduling offset between a downlink slot where downlink control information (DCI) is received and an uplink slot for transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) scheduled by the DCI; determining an additional offset to be used in conjunction with the scheduling offset values to determine PUSCH transmission timing; determining a power control adjustment for a sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission based on transmission power control (TPC) commands received in a time interval determined by one of the scheduling offset values and the additional offset; and transmitting SRS in an SRS transmission occasion, in accordance with the determined power control adjustment.

    Abstract: A configuration to determine a starting bit for PUSCH repetition with TBS scaling. The apparatus determines a TBS of a PUSCH transmission based at least in part on a set of PUSCH resources corresponding to a set of PUSCH repetitions for transmission over a repetition unit comprising a plurality of slots. The apparatus determines a starting bit location of each code block of the PUSCH transmission for a first slot of the plurality of slots. The apparatus determines a different starting bit location of each code block of the PUSCH transmission for each slot of the plurality of slots following the first slot, wherein each of the different starting bit locations for each slot following the first slot is based on a two level RV cycling. The apparatus transmits the PUSCH repetitions, each slot comprising encoded data based on respective starting bit locations.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network node, a first uplink transmission using a first transmit power that is based at least in part on: a first power level associated with the first uplink transmission, and a power scaling factor based at least in part on a power offset. The UE may transmit, to the network node, a second uplink transmission, at least partially overlapping in time with the first uplink transmission, using a second transmit power that is based at least in part on: a second power level associated with the second uplink transmission, a maximum available transmit power, and the first transmit power.
