摘要： User Equipment (UE) receives, from a base station (BS), at least one resource block (RB). The RB includes at least one reference signal (RS) resource element (RE) of a first physical channel of the UE. The UE estimates a channel quality of a second physical channel of the UE as a function of the at least one RS RE. In some examples, the BS associates the transmission of a first physical channel reference signal (RS) and the transmission of a second physical channel RS. The BS then signals, BS to the UE, the association between the first physical channel reference signal and the second physical channel reference signal.

A user equipment (UE), served by a cell of a base station, may identify a time division duplexing (TDD) configuration for a first cell, wherein the TDD configuration includes a symbol pattern for a slot. The base station may determine an overlap between a downlink symbol or a flexible symbol and an uplink symbol during symbols of the slot based on a TDD configuration. A first UE may receive a configuration for transmitting a cross-link interference (CLI) sounding reference signal (SRS) to a second UE according to the configuration. The second UE may measure the CLI SRS and report the measurement.

摘要： Aspects described herein relate to configuring and selecting preamble and payload occasions for performing two-step random access procedures. Configurations on preamble occasions, payload occasions, association pattern between the occasions and synchronization signal block (SSB) beams, and the rules for selecting preamble and payload occasions for random access message transmission can be determined by the network and signaled to user equipment (UE). Based on the configurations and rules, UE can measure the link level quality and select possible preamble and payload occasions for one or more SSB beams achieving a threshold signal quality. Sets of one or more preamble occasions and one or more payload occasions can be further determined based on whether the preamble and payload occasion(s) can achieve a threshold transmission latency. The one or more preamble occasions and one or more payload occasions can be used to transmit random access messages in the two-step random access procedure.

The UE may determine a priority for the channel state processes either on an individual or group basis. The UE may determine channel state process (es) to drop based on the determined priorities, and may perform the remaining channel state processes. The UE may generate and transmit a channel state feedback report message based on the performed channel state processes.

The resource configuration may identify multiple sets of transmission resources corresponding to multiple radio resource control (RRC) states. The UE may identify an RRC state and may determine a set of transmission resources and/or a transport format based on the indication of the resource configuration, the identified RRC state, and/or a UE identifier (UE ID). The UE may transmit a first RA procedure message (e.g., a msgA) using the determined transmission resources and/or transport format. The base station may receive the message and may identify the RRC state of the UE based on the first message and transmitted indication of the resource configuration. The base station may transmit a second RA procedure message (e.g., a msgB), which the UE may receive.

The UE determines to multiplex the at least one CSI and the at least one uplink transmission in the slot or to drop the at least one CSI or the at least one uplink transmission in the slot. The UE transmits in the slot at least one of: the at least one CSI transmission or the at least one uplink transmission based on the determination.

The described techniques enable a user equipment (UE) to select an interleaving configuration such as a full duplex or half duplex interleaving configuration for a slot that may be configured for full duplex communications. In some cases, the UE may use a default interleaving configuration for a given slot or may determine the interleaving configuration based on a bandwidth part (BWP) position or resource bandwidth within the slot, such as a location within the frequency domain of a downlink BWP relative to an uplink BWP.
