    Abstract: A configuration to adjust expiration of a PDCP reorder timer based on scheduler variations in dual connectivity. The apparatus receives, from a base station, a plurality of data packets. The plurality of data packets received from a first path and a second path. The apparatus detects at least one packet of the plurality of data packets at a PDCP is dropped based on an OOW. The apparatus determines a scheduling gap between the first path and the second path. The apparatus determines a timing relationship between the UE, the first path, and the second path. The apparatus determines consecutive sequence numbers associated with packets corresponding to the frame numbering sequence of the first path and the frame numbering sequence of the second path and a respective associated time. The apparatus adjusts a reorder timer based on the scheduling gap between the first path and the second path.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device such as a user equipment (UE) may receive a first control message that indicates a set of scheduled uplink communications, where the set of scheduled uplink communications include a set of transmission opportunities for transmitting one or more uplink messages. The UE may calculate a first duration between an availability of uplink data at the UE and a transmission opportunity of the set of transmission opportunities for transmitting the uplink data. The UE may then transmit a scheduling request for the uplink data based on the first duration being greater than a second duration, the second duration being either a duration between sending the scheduling request and receiving an uplink grant, or a latency threshold duration.

    Abstract: Wireless communication systems and methods related to radio link control (RLC) transmissions are provided. A first wireless communication device transmits a sequence of protocol data units (PDUs). The first wireless communication device receives a first reception status report for a first portion of a receiver buffer window used for receiving the sequence of PDUs from a second wireless communication device. The first wireless communication device receives a second reception status report for a second portion of the receiver buffer window, the second portion being different from the first portion, from the second wireless communication device.
