    摘要: In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes determining a number of bytes in a compressed queue and a number of bytes in an uncompressed queue. The method also includes transmitting a buffer status report (BSR) indicating at least the number of bytes in the compressed queue. The method includes receiving an uplink grant indicating one or more uplink grant resources and a number of bytes allocated for the one or more uplink grant resources. The method also includes generating a transport block (TB) based on the uplink grant and the BSR and from data of at least the compressed queue, wherein the TB includes one or more compressed packets and one or more uncompressed packets. The method further includes transmitting a PUSCH transmission including the TB during an uplink grant resource of the one or more uplink grant resources. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    摘要: Methods and apparatus are provided for quick recovery of missed packets after a user equipment (UE) tunes back to a first network after tuning away from the first network. The UE may determine that a trigger event has occurred, and in response to the determination, modify a negative acknowledgement (NACK) timing configuration from a default configuration. Modifying the NACK timing configuration may include using an aggressive NACK timing configuration for a configurable period of time, in response to detecting a trigger event. The trigger event may include detecting missed packets after a tune back, unavailability of sufficient memory to hold packets until a gap created by missed packets may be filled, or tuning back to a network.

    摘要: Apparatus and methods, in one or more aspects, provide for status report management of received data packets at a wireless device. The wireless device may determine that a first status report, generated in response to identifying a number of missing data packets within a sequence of a plurality of data packets received at the UE, includes information associated with fewer than the number of missing data packets. The wireless device may transmit the first status report. The wireless device may also disable a status prohibition timer in response to the transmitting based on the determination. The wireless device may transmit a second status report including information associated with a remainder of the number of missing data packets not included in the first status report.

    摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure provide methods, systems, devices and/or apparatuses for logical channel prioritization by a user equipment (UE) within a Long Term Evolution (LTE) wireless communications network. The UE may have multiple logical channels each associated with one or more applications or services of the UE. The UE may identify whether a quality of service (QoS) obligation to allocate at least a portion of uplink resources to a logical channel for a time period is present, and may also identify whether the logical channel has control data to be transmitted from the UE. If a QoS obligation and/or control data are present for the logical channel, the UE may allocate at least a portion of the uplink resources to the logical channel.
