    Abstract: A device may identify that an incremental redundancy hybrid automatic repeat request (IR-HARQ) scheme is used in association with sequential transmissions of an information bit vector to or from another wireless device, where each transmission in the scheme is associated with a resource size. The device may identify a mother code length for a polar code based at least in part on an aggregate resource size associated with the sequential transmissions. The device may identify an adjusted bit index set for the polar code based at least in part on the IR-HARQ scheme. The device may transmit (or receive), for each transmission of the information bit vector, a respective subset of encoded bits generated by mapping the information bit vector to a set of polarized bit channels of the polar code in accordance with the bit index set.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may perform a first polar code encoding process on a first transmission of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process; generate a second transmission of the HARQ process by relocating a portion of bits in less reliable positions of the first transmission to more reliable positions of the second transmission of the HARQ process, wherein the less reliable positions and the more reliable positions are evaluated based at least in part on a channel transform, wherein the channel transform is based at least in part on the first transmission, the second transmission, the first polar encoding process and a second polar encoding process associated with the second transmission; and transmit the second transmission of the HARQ process.     Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for differential channel state information (CSI) reporting for high resolution CSI are provided. One technique includes receiving a CSI reference signal (CSI-RS). First feedback components associated with first CSI feedback for a first CSI feedback stage are determined based on the CSI-RS, and the first feedback components are reported to a base station. Second feedback components associated with at least one second CSI feedback for at least one second CSI feedback stage are determined based in part on the first feedback components, and the second feedback components are reported to the base station. A precoding for multiple input multiple output (MIMO) communications is determined based on the first feedback components and the second feedback components.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for enabling a network equipment to reduce interference for downlink (DL) transmissions to a first device by determining a transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) for uplink (UL) transmissions transmitted by a second device based on feedback from the first device. The first device may determine a subset of possible TPMIs that the second device may use for UL transmissions for full-duplex communications. The first device may indicate the subset to the network equipment. Based on the subset indicated by the first device, the network equipment may determine a pairing of the first device and the second device for full-duplex communications. Additionally, the network equipment may determine a TPMI for the second device to use in UL transmissions and indicate the TPMI to the second device.
