Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, on a particular control resource set (CORESET), downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The UE may be configured with multi-DCI based multi-transmission/reception point (TRP) operation. The UE may determine, based at least in part on the UE being configured with multi-DCI based multi-TRP operation, a fixed higher layer index that identifies a CORESET group with which the particular CORESET is associated. The UE may perform an operation, associated with receiving the PDSCH or transmitting the PUSCH, based at least in part on the fixed higher layer index identifying the CORESET group with which the particular CORESET is associated. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) communicating over sidelink in unlicensed spectrum may perform channel congestion control based on channel busy measurements. For example, a UE may perform channel busy measurement over different resource sets to identify congestion levels from different Radio Access Technologies (RATs). The UE may perform a first channel busy measurement on a first resource set where the first resource set contains resources where sidelink UEs are configured to pause transmission and the UE may perform a second channel busy measurement on a second resource set when sidelink UEs and wireless devices of other RATs are free to contend for resources and transmit. The UE may perform third channel busy measurement on a third resource set where the third resource set contains resources with contention-based access success.

Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure relate to beam information for independent links. For example, beam information for one link may be sent on at least one other link. In some aspects, the independent links may involve a first device (e.g., a user equipment) communicating via different independent links with different devices (e.g., transmit receive points (TRPs) or sets of TRPs). For example, the first device may communicate with a second device (e.g., a TRP) via a first link and communicate with a third device (e.g., a TRP) via a second link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate beam switching for at least one other link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate link recovery for at least one other link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate link failure for at least one other link.

The UE may communicate data over at least a portion of the slot in accordance with the sidelink resource configuration. In some designs, a sidelink management device (e.g., the UE, another UE, or a network component) may transmit the sidelink resource configuration.
