    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a first UE (e.g., aggressor UE) receives PL RS from a second UE (e.g., victim UE). The first UE determines a PL associated with the PL RS (e.g., based on a transmission power of the PL RS). The first UE performs one or more transmissions, in one or more full duplex (FD) resources, one or more transmissions with a transmission power that is based at least in part on the PL associated with the PL RS (e.g., PL may be used to determine a maximum transmission power that functions as a power control constraint on a power control algorithm that sets the transmission power). In this manner, CLI at the second UE may be reduced. In some designs, a network entity (e.g., base station) configures the PL RS.

    Abstract: Aspects presented herein improve congestion control mechanism for UEs with multiple TRPs, where at least one of the SL RSSI measurement, the CBR measurement, the CR evaluation and/or the congestion control mechanism for the UE is optimized. In one aspect, the apparatus evaluates a CR for each TRP of a plurality of TRPs at the UE.     Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless positioning. In an aspect, a road-side unit (RSU) may join a first sidelink (SL) ranging session between a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE. The RSU may perform SL ranging with the first UE to determine first ranging information comprising at least a RTT to the first UE. The RSU may perform SL ranging with the second UE to determine second ranging information comprising at least a RTT to the second UE. The RSU may send the first ranging information and the second ranging information to at least one of the first UE or the second UE, or calculate a range between the first UE and the second UE based on the first ranging information and the second ranging information, and send the range to at least one of the first UE and the second UE.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless device may receive interference information. The wireless device may select, based at least in part on the interference information, beamforming configuration parameters that include: a quantity of one or more transceiver units that are each associated with a panel of a multi-panel active antenna system, a steering tilt angle to use for each panel controlled by a transceiver unit, and a steering subtilt angle for use across the panels.
