摘要: An LED lamp includes a hollow lamp housing, a front optical part, a rear electrical part, and a middle heat dissipation part. The heat dissipation part includes a heat sink, a mounting seat in front of the heat sink, and a heat conducting member connecting the mounting seat with the heat sink. The lamp housing defines a plurality of air exchanging holes corresponding to the fins. The mounting seat includes a small top surface, an opposite large bottom surface, and a plurality of sloping heat absorbing surfaces between the top surface and the bottom surface. The optical part includes a plurality of light sources arranged on the heat absorbing surfaces, a light reflector located between the heat sink and the mounting seat and surrounding the heat conducting member, an optical lens located in front of the light reflector and the mounting seat.

摘要: An LED illuminating device includes a light-emitting module, a heat sink and an electrical module. The light-emitting module includes an elongated hollow light penetrable tube and a light source. The heat sink is received in and mounted to the light penetrable tube, and includes an elongated base and a plurality of fins. The light source is thermally attached to a bottom surface of the base. The base and an upper portion of the light penetrable tube cooperatively define a heat dissipation chamber. The fins are accommodated in the heat dissipation chamber. The light penetrable tube defines a plurality of air exchanging holes through the upper portion thereof communicating with the heat dissipation chamber. The electrical module includes at least one circuit board received in the heat dissipation chamber, and two end covers arranged at two ends of the light penetrable tube.

摘要: An LED illuminating device includes an optical section (10), an electrical section (30), and a heat dissipation section (20). The heat dissipation section is provided with a heat dissipation device (21) which includes a heat sink (22) and a cooling fan (23) provided over the heat sink. The heat sink includes a solid base (231) and a plurality of fins (222) extending radially and outwardly from the base. A blind hole (225) is axially provided in the base. A plurality of air passage holes (226) are radially defined through the base and communicate the blind hole with an outside of the base. The cooling fan provides an airflow towards the heat sink. A portion of the airflow flows through the blind hole and the air passage holes of the base.

Temperature sensors are attached to the first immovable portion and the first movable portion. The cooling set includes a second immovable portion and a second movable portion. A cooling channel is defined between the second immovable portion and the second movable portion. Temperature sensors are attached to the second immovable portion and the second movable portion. The supporting set includes first, second supporting seats supporting the heating set and the cooling set thereon. Orientations of the first and second supporting seats are changeable.

The solar collector assembly includes a heat-absorbing set (31) and a transparent panel (38) being assembled to a top of the heat-absorbing set. The heat-absorbing set comprises a plurality of heat-absorbing units (32) engaged with each other. A distance between the inlet assembly and the outlet assembly is equal to a longitudinal length of single heat-absorbing unit. The heat-absorbing set defines an air channel with the transparent panel and a heat-absorbing channel below the air channel. The inlet and outlet assemblies are in fluidic communication with the heat-absorbing channel.

摘要: An LED lamp includes an optical portion, a heat dissipation portion, and an electrical portion. The optical portion includes a base, an LED formed on the base, and an upper housing covering the LED. The heat dissipation portion includes a tube and a lower housing formed around the tube, which cooperatively define a chamber therebetween. A coolant is filled in the chamber. An upper end of the tube is sealed by the base, whereas a lamp connector is formed at a lower end of the tube. A circuit board attached with heat-generating electrical components is positioned inside the tube. A thermally conductive glue is injected into the tube. During operation of the LED lamp the coolant experiences a phase change to absorb heat generated by the LED and the circuit board and its electrical components.

摘要: An LED lamp includes a cooling member, a light source, a lamp cover and a pair of lamp caps arranged at opposite ends of the cooling member. The cooling member has an elongated heat absorbing plate forming a heat absorbing surface at one outer side thereof. The light source includes a plurality of LEDs arranged on the heat absorbing surface. The lamp cover covers the LEDs therein and engages with the cooling member. Each lamp cap includes an end cap fixed on the cooling member and a connector rotatably connected with the end cap. The connector includes a pair of poles being electrically connected to the LEDs and extending outwardly therefrom for inserting into a lamp holder to get a power for the LEDs.

Each lamp unit includes a light-emitting module having a plurality of light sources and a heat sink arranged above the light-emitting module. The heat sink includes an elongated base and a plurality of fins on the base. The base has an outer convex surface formed at a top side thereof and an opposite inner concave surface formed at a bottom side thereof. The fins extend outwardly from the convex surface of the base. The concave surface defines an elongated recess extending along an axial direction of the base. Two opposite free ends of the base are spaced from each other and cooperatively define a light emitting window below the concave surface. The light sources are received in the recess and thermally attached to the concave surface.
