摘要: An ink-jet head is formed by laminating a passage unit including a plurality of individual ink passages running to a nozzle through a pressure chamber and a reservoir unit including an ink reservoir in which ink is stored and from which the stored ink is fed to the passage unit. The reservoir unit has a bonded portion bonded to the passage unit and a spaced portion spaced apart from and opposite to the passage unit which are formed on a bottom thereof. The spaced portion has a protrusion formed at an end thereof opposite to the bonded portion to protrude in a direction of the passage unit. FPC is drawn out from an opening between the protrusion and the passage unit and an adhesive is applied to this opening.

摘要: An ink-jet head comprises a passage unit formed with a plurality of nozzles for ejecting ink, a reservoir unit bonded to the passage unit, and actuator units for applying an ejection energy to ink in the passage unit. The reservoir unit is formed therein with an ink reservoir extending along a bonding surface between the reservoir unit and the passage unit. The ink reservoir reserves ink supplied from an ink tank and supplies the reserved ink to the passage unit. The ink reservoir is formed therein with a plurality of pillars supporting upper and lower walls of the ink reservoir.

摘要: An ink-jet head comprises a passage unit with pressure chambers formed therein, and actuator units for changing the volume of each pressure chamber. In the passage unit, a plurality of cavity recesses each communicating with both a nozzle for ejecting ink and a common ink chamber and each constituting a cavity of the pressure chamber are arranged in a matrix. Further in the passage unit, formed are a plurality of peripheral recesses arranged along a whole periphery of the cavity recesses. The actuator unit closes openings of the cavity recesses to define a plurality of pressure chambers with the passage unit, and changes the volume of each pressure chamber.

摘要: A stamp unit 1 is formed so that the circumference of the stamp material 3 is made as a slant surface 83 by heat-pressing both the lower end 4a of the holder 4 and the circumference of the stamp material 3. The lower end 4a of the holder 4 is formed in a wedge 82 so as to hook the circumference of the stamp material 3. Thereby the stamp material 3 can be surely retained to the holder 4, and the stamp material 3 and the holder 4 can be firmly sealed. As a result, stamping durability is remarkably improved when many stamping operations are repeated.

摘要: The ink to be impregnated into the figure portion 6 of the processed stamp plate 10 in the stamp device 11 is formed of polyoxyethylene-alkyl-phenyl ether and oil soluble dye melted therein and regulated to have the viscosity in a range of 300-2000 cps, more preferably, 500-1500 cps. This stamp device 11 can thus extremely improve all of stamping characteristics, i.e., stamping durability, ink spreading condition, ink seeping condition, ink permeation speed, and the number of trial stamping times.

摘要: A liquid ejection apparatus, including: a head having ejection openings and configured to eject liquid through the ejection openings; a sealing mechanism configured to selectively establish a sealing state in which the sealing mechanism seals an ejection space in which the ejection openings are open, from an outside and an unsealing state in which the sealing mechanism does not seal the ejection space from the outside; and a humid-air supply mechanism configured to supply a humid air into the ejection space when the sealing mechanism is in the sealing state; wherein a controller is configured to control the humid-air supply mechanism such that an amount of the humid air to be supplied into the ejection space from the humid-air supply mechanism when the sealing mechanism is in the sealing state increases with a longer length of time of the unsealing state just before the current sealing state.

摘要: When the head temperature Tfinish, which is the head temperature at the time of completion of a preceding scan, is higher than the stable ejection temperature Tstable, the target temperature is made a temperature that is only a temperature value ΔT lower than the head temperature Tfinish. On the other hand, when Tfinish, the head temperature at the time of print completion, is lower than the stable ejection temperature Tstable, the target temperature is made a temperature that is only a temperature value ΔT higher than the head temperature Tfinish. Because of this it is possible to inhibit head temperature rise in the case where an image with a high print density is printed.
