摘要： A semiconductor light emitting device includes a recess portion defined by a pair of opposing first side wall portions and a pair of opposing second side wall portions extending between the first side wall portions and shorter than the first side wall portions. Light emitting elements are arranged on the bottom surface of the recess portion in a direction of the first side wall portions. The light emitting elements include a first light emitting element for emitting light of a first color and a second light emitting element for emitting light of a second color different from the first color and placed closest to the second side wall portion among the light emitting elements. A resin portion containing a phosphor for wavelength-converting a part of the light of the second color into a complementary color of the light of the second color is filled into the recess portion.

The storage unit stores, for each article sold, sales data and information indicating a payment method prohibited for that article, of plural payment methods. The selection acceptance unit accepts selection of payment method. The confirmation unit refers to the information stored in the storage unit and confirms whether articles sold include an article for which payment by the payment method with its selection accepted by the selection acceptance unit is prohibited. If it is confirmed that the articles sold include an article for which payment is prohibited, the payment processing unit notifies that the articles sold include an article for which payment is prohibited, and executes payment for articles for which the same payment method is not prohibited, by the same payment method.

With a light emitting layer being the lower layer and an electron transport layer being the upper layer, it is preferable that the electron transport layer includes a polymeric material having hole blocking property. With a light emitting layer being the lower layer and an electron transport layer being the upper layer, it is preferable that the repeating unit of the polymeric material forming the light emitting layer and the repeating unit of the polymeric material forming the electron transport layer include the same chemical structure.
