摘要: An organic light emitting display includes first scan lines, data lines, and first emission control lines at an active region for displaying an image, second scan lines and second emission control lines at a blank region where no image is displayed, pixels coupled to the first scan lines, the data lines, and the first emission control lines in the active region, a dimming controller for controlling brightness of the pixels, and an emission control line driver for supplying emission control signals to the first and second emission control lines corresponding to control of the dimming controller so that a light-emitting area including ones of the pixels is uniform in the active region.

摘要: A pixel including: an organic light emitting diode that is coupled between a first power supply and a second power supply; a first transistor that is coupled between the first power supply and the organic light emitting diode and whose gate is connected to a first node; a second transistor that is coupled between the first node and a data line and whose gate electrode is coupled to a scan line; and a storage capacitor whose first electrode is coupled to the first node and second electrode is coupled to the first power supply, wherein the storage capacitor includes: a semiconductor layer that is positioned on a different layer from that of the data line and that expands to a region where the semiconductor layer overlaps with the data line and constitutes the first electrode, a first dielectric layer that is formed on the semiconductor layer, a first conductive layer that is formed on the first dielectric layer and constitutes the second electrode, a second dielectric layer that is formed on the first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer that is formed on the second dielectric layer and constitutes the first electrode together with the semiconductor layer, the first conductive layer being positioned between the data line and the semiconductor layer in order to cover the upper part of the region where it overlaps with the data line of the semiconductor layer.

The organic light emitting display device includes: a pixel unit including pixels at crossing regions of scan lines and data lines; a scan driving circuit configured to supply scan signals to the scan lines; and a lighting test circuit configured to supply lighting test signals to the data lines, the lighting test circuit including a plurality of transistors, the plurality of transistors including source electrodes, drain electrodes, and gate electrodes, the source electrodes being coupled, in common, to input lines to which the lighting test signals are input, the drain electrodes being coupled to the data lines, the gate electrodes being coupled, in common, to an input line of test control signals, and the gate electrodes and the source electrodes being coupled through a resistor composed of a semiconductor material.

摘要: A flat panel display integrated with a touch screen panel comprises a lower substrate, an upper substrate having a display area and first and second non-display areas corresponding to a display area, first and second non-display areas of the lower substrate, respectively, sense patterns on the display area of the upper substrate, sense lines on the first non-display area of the upper substrate, metal patterns on areas between the sense lines and on an outer side of the sense lines, pixels on the display area of the lower substrate, a driving circuit configured to drive the pixels, and sealant disposed on the second non-display area of the lower substrate so as to bond the upper substrate to the lower substrate. The first and second non-display areas of the lower substrate are outside the display area. The driving circuit is on the first non-display area of the lower substrate.

摘要: An organic light emitting display is capable of reducing or preventing IR drop in a cathode electrode. An organic light emitting display includes a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate has a plurality of pixels located thereon, each of the pixels comprising an organic light emitting diode, wherein a cathode electrode of the organic light emitting diode including a transparent material is located on substantially an entire area of the pixels. The second substrate has a mesh type auxiliary electrode located thereon at a side facing the pixels, the mesh-type auxiliary electrode corresponding to non-emission regions between the pixels and electrically connected to the cathode electrode.

A plurality of first connection patterns connects the first sensing cells along the first direction and a plurality of second connection patterns connects the second sensing cells along the second direction A plurality of static electricity induction patterns are connected to the first or second sensing cells and extend in a direction toward a sensing cell adjacent to a sensing cell to which each of the static electricity induction patterns is connected so that its end portion overlaps the neighboring sensing cell. A first insulating layer is interposed between the first and second patterns, and between the static electricity induction patterns and the neighboring sensing cell.

The method of making an organic light emitting display device comprises: forming at least one first panel on top of a large substrate and forming at least one second panel on a bottom of the large substrate; forming independent pads, each receiving and transferring power supply from the exterior to the panels formed on the large substrate, the number of independent pads being the same as the number of panels; and forming independent wires between the panels and pads, the independent wires between the panels and pads each having the same length.
