Abstract:
A card dispenser is disclosed to include a dispenser body, which has an accommodation chamber for receiving a stack of cards for dispensing, an output port, and a delivery path connected between the accommodation chamber and the output port, a conveying unit controllable to deliver the cards from the accommodation chamber through the delivery path to the output port individually, an adjustment structure for adjusting the length and width of the accommodation chamber subject to the size of the loaded cards, a base member detachably mounted in the dispenser body and provided with an adjustment device for adjusting a gap of the delivery path subject to the thickness of the cards in the accommodation chamber, and detection devices respectively mounted in the dispenser body and the base member for detecting accurate dispensing of every card through the delivery path to the output port.
Abstract:
A bill cabinet used in an automatic vending machine for collecting bills is disclosed to include a bill receiver for receiving inserted bills and a cabinet body for collecting received bills, the cabinet body having a receiving open chamber, a bill entrance, a bearing board suspending in the receiving open chamber and movable forwards/backwards between the bill entrance and the bottom side of the receiving open chamber far from the bill entrance, spring members supporting the bearing board in the receiving open chamber, and two elastically deformable spring strips symmetrically and detachably provided at two sides in the bill entrance and defining a gate for allowing movement of the pressure board in and out of the bill entrance to carry the received bill to the bearing board and to let the received bill be further stopped between the bearing board and the spring strips after return of the pressure board to the bill receiver through the bill entrance.
Abstract:
An infrared banknote acceptor for use to verify the authenticity of banknotes is constructed to include a housing, the housing having a base adapted to hold the banknote to be verified, a light source adapted to emit an infrared light beam onto the banknote carried on the base of the housing for verification, an image pickup adapted to receive infrared light reflected by the ink of the banknote carried on the base of the housing for verification and to convert received infrared light signal into video signal, and a display unit adapted to receive and display the video signal outputted from the image pickup.
Abstract:
A valuable document recognition system includes a main unit, and a circuit module including a microprocessor, a sensor unit for detecting the position of an inserted valuable document, a recognition module using an image pickup device and a bill recognition device for recognizing the authenticity, value and QR code of an inserted valuable document and a data storage module that includes a decode database having stored therein decode data corresponding the QR codes of predetermined valuable documents and a characteristic database having stored therein characteristic data corresponding to the anti-counterfeit characteristics of predetermined valuable documents. Thus, the valuable document recognition system is capable of recognizing the QR codes and anti-counterfeit characteristics of predetermined valuable documents.
Abstract:
When a bill is inserted into the bill acceptor, sensor components sense the insertion of bill, bill-pressing roller set of bill transmission mechanism is driven to press bill, bill-transfer roller set is driven to transfer bill the bill-pressing roller set is released from the bill, and step motors of alignment correction unit are controlled to move correction devices toward each other to align the bill with the center line of bill passage subject to a predetermined number of steps. If the resistance force from bill is larger than the thrust force produced during rotation of step motors, utilize the step loss status of step motors and enable transmission devices to move correction devices away from bill when the rotation of step motors reaches the predetermined number of steps, and then enable bill-pressing roller set to press bill again and then enable bill-transfer roller set to transfer bill.
