Abstract: A wheel rim assembly and components, systems, and methods thereof can have a rim base with at least one slot at an outer end portion thereof, a bead seat band radially outward of the outer end portion of the rim base, and at least one lock provided in the at least one slot. The bead seat band may be in direct contact with the outer end portion of the rim base. The lock can have a first portion that is provided in the slot of the rim base and a second portion that is outside of the slot. The second portion may be adjacent to the bead seat band. The wheel rim assembly may be free of or without a lock ring at the outer end portion of the rim base.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a self-locking mechanism for quick tyre change in rear dual wheel assembly in a heavy transport vehicle. The self-locking mechanism includes a two-piece segmented saddle lock ring 409a, 409b retained in position by an endless ring 406. A self-locking taper 405 provided on inside of the endless ring that can be pressed against on the two-piece segmented saddle lock ring 409a, 409. A lip 702 is provided on the two piece segmented saddle rings 409a and 409b in addition to the self locking taper 413 provided at the interface with endless ring 406. A relief 708 is provided on the inner surface of the endless ring 406.

Abstract: Rolling assembly comprising tire P, rim J, adapter connecting a bead and the rim. The adapter has axially outer (9) and inner (10) ends mounted on rim seat (7) having respective outer (16) and inner (20) reinforcers. Reinforcer (20) of end (9) is axially outside bearing face (21). The body comprises, opposite adapter seat (14), annular seat reinforcer (19) and the adapter comprises conductive strip (22) positioned over all or part of the circumferential perimeter of said adapter and along a complete path extending from adapter seat (14) to rim flange (8).
