    摘要: A vibration proofing device (10) includes an insulator (50) interposed between a first attaching member (30) and a second attaching member (40), and is disposed in an internal space (95) of a second bracket (90). The first attaching member (30) is formed to have two side walls (33, 33) parallel to each other to face the inner face of the second bracket (90). The second attaching member (40) is a tubular member having an opening (41a) passing therethrough in an upper-lower direction. At least one of side edge portions of each side wall (33) is disposed outside the opening (41a) of the second attaching member (40). Each side wall (33) is provided on an outer face thereof with a stopper (51) made of an elastic material. With this configuration, it is possible to sufficiently absorb an impact shock resulting from the stopper (51) hitting the second bracket (90).

    摘要: A bracket-equipped vibration-damping device including: a vibration-damping device main unit including first and second mounting members disposed separately from each other vertically and connected by a main rubber elastic body mutually and elastically; and a bracket mounted to the device main unit in a state that the bracket is fixed to the second mounting member inserted into the bracket laterally. A guide part of the second mounting member is inserted into a guide groove of the bracket extending in an insertion direction to be positioned vertically. The bracket includes a compression wall surface superposed to at least one of upper and lower end surfaces of the device main unit. A groove width inner surface of the guide groove opposite vertically to the compression wall surface is tilted to the compression wall surface so that the surfaces approach each other vertically toward the insertion direction.

The vibration damping device main unit further includes a temporary joint member locked on the second mounting member and temporarily coupled thereto in an axial direction, and an annular sealing part provided to the temporary joint member and overlapped on the second mounting member in the axial direction with a sealing rubber sandwiched therebetween for achieving a temporary seal. A sealing coupling member is mounted on the second mounting member while exerting a pressing force in a direction of overlapping on the second mounting member and the temporary joint member for increasing a compression ratio of the sealing rubber and achieving a full seal.

    摘要: A vibration damping device including a first mounting member and a second mounting member elastically connected by a main rubber elastic body, and a separate stopper member positioned in a housing recess that is formed by a cylindrical portion of the second mounting member and that opens in an axial direction. An elastic tapered portion equipped with a contact surface that inclines gradually to an inner circumferential side toward an open side of the housing recess is provided at an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion which constitutes a peripheral wall of the housing recess, and a stopper protrusion projecting outward in an axis-perpendicular direction is provided to the stopper member. The stopper protrusion is positioned further inside the housing recess than the elastic tapered portion and the stopper protrusion overlaps the elastic tapered portion when viewed in axial direction projection.

The component includes an inner mounting connection, an outer mounting connection that radially encircles the inner mounting connection, and a spring body that flexibly connects the inner mounting connection and the outer mounting connection.
