    摘要: The relay has a base body, an electromagnet system having a coil, core and armature, as well as a contact arrangement having at least one stationary contact spring and at least one moving contact spring. The contact springs are each designed as planar sheet-metal parts and are anchored in the base body approximately in the same plane, without any permanent bending. In order to make contact, they are provided with an overlap by means of L-shaped end sections; in addition, prestressing of the stationary contact springs is produced by in each case one stop on the base body.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes a winding, a magnetic core disposed within the winding, and an armature mounted for movement at a first end of the winding. At least one movable circuit contact is operably associated with the armature and movable with respect to at least one stationary contact mounted in the relay responsive to motion of the armature. An end plate is mounted at an opposing end of the winding and an insulating sheet is folded about a portion of the winding. The insulating sheet has first and second sides, with the first side being secured on one end to the end plate, and the second end disposed between the armature and the first end of the winding. An outer frame covers at least a portion of the insulating sheet. The insulating sheet functions to reduce the occurrence of voltage breakdown within the relay.

    摘要: A magnetic coil assembly with a connector arrangement which prevents explosion or other accident due to the mismatch of voltage rating between a surge absorber and a magnetic coil, allows only the surge absorber to be changed easily if it has been damaged, and ensures ease of automatically assembling the surge absorber into the magnetic coil assembly. The magnetic coil assembly includes a coil spool, a winding wound around the coil spool, and coil terminals mounted on the coil spool and electrically connected with the winding. The surge absorber is connected mechanically and removably with the coil spool or coil terminals, using connectors that may uniquely relate to the ratings of the absorber and coil, and the absorber terminals of the surge absorber are brought into contact with, and therefore are electrically connected with, the coil terminals.

    摘要: A magnetic relay having an electromagnetic coil with an open center extending lengthwise therethrough and an outer tube of magnetic material enclosing it lengthwise. A pair of radially expandable disks of magnetic material are positioned in the outer tube across the ends of the coil and a pair of inner tubes of magnetic material are positioned axially aligned with each other through the central openings in the disks and in the open center of the coil about a switch contact, e.g. a reed switch capsule. The adjacent ends of the inner tubes are spaced apart to form a gap adjacent the coacting ends of the switch contact. These inner tubes are of a size in the open center of the coil to pass freely through the central openings in the disks and of a larger size at the location of the disks such that these inner tubes urge the disks to expand radially into tight contact with the inside of the outer tube.

    摘要: A relay switch is activated to a stay-on position or to a stayoff position by alternative operation of two axially aligned solenoid coils. The coils are wound on a single spool having two coil bays separated by a spacer. The spacer divides the spool into the two bays and contains a disc of magnetic material to keep the two magnetic circuits separated. The spool for prior art solenoid pairs were made up of separate spools which had to be assembled or had an insert molded magnetic disc and such spools were difficult and costly to produce. Now a two bay is first molded separately and the magnetic disc is then mounted to the spool center to complete and separate the magnetic circuits. The improved magnetic disc is in the form of a split ring which is opened at the split and which can be closed about and around a hollow core of the spool and about a magnetic plunger within the hollow core.
