    摘要: An electronic device where molten solder does not come into contact with a sealant so as not to destroy a sealing function. An electronic device is provided with: an insulating base mounted on a printed circuit board; a common planar terminal provided so as to extend from an outer side surface to a bottom surface edge of the insulating base, and cause electrical continuity between the outer side surface and the bottom surface edge of the insulating base; a cover fitted to the insulating base and covering the common planar terminal; and a sealant sealing a gap between the outer side surface of the insulating base and an inner circumferential surface of the cover. A solder pool is formed in a position surrounded by the printed circuit board and the common planar terminal at the bottom surface edge of the insulating base.

    摘要: A balanced-armature type polar relay (10) capable of assuring, by its own structure, sufficient insulation distances, meeting the requirements of IEC60950, when mounted on an electric communication line connecting equipment, wherein a maximum distance between one movable contact and one fixed contact capable of being brought into contact with each other during the travel of an armature is set at 1 mm or more, and at least one of the abutting surfaces of the armature and the core polar surfaces of the electromagnet opposed to the abutting surfaces is formed as an inclined surface to reduce an angle of opposed surfaces at the time of mutual abutment to as little as possible, whereby the armature passes, during the travel thereof, a position where each of the pair of abutting surfaces faces the pair of corresponding core polar surfaces in parallel with each other.

    摘要: A polarized magnetic relay has a base body, an armature, an envelope that encompasses insulating material, a coil, a core and a bar-shaped permanent magnet. The base plane is defined by the bottom side of a base body. The armature is arranged between two contact springs that lie parallel to each other in a common plane. Two transverse terminal webs, which have their sheet metal plane extending parallel to the base plane, extend out of the envelope in the area of the rotational axis of the armature and these terminal webs are respectively connected with a fastening tab that has its sheet metal plane extending perpendicular to the base plane. The contact springs exhibit two spring arms and a connecting web, respectively, which has its sheet metal plane extending perpendicular to the base plane. The spring arms exhibit a contact making part and a part that is embedded in the envelope. The part that is embedded in the envelope emerges into the connecting web.

    摘要: A permanent magnet is pivotally mounted in a top spacer layer of a switching device and rests on a flex arm created in an underlying flex circuit layer. The underside of the flex arm rests on a thin bar formed in a lower spacer layer beneath which lies a base layer including an electromagnet. Activation of the electromagnet causes rotation of the flex arm to thereby close and open electrical contacts formed respectively on the underside of the flex arm and on the top surface of the base layer.

The electromagnetic unit includes a spool frame set having an engagement portion, a coil unit wound on the spool frame set, and a pair of coil winding pins. Each of the coil winding pins has a conductive portion exposed from one of opposite first sides of the spool frame set, and a coil winding portion extending along one of opposite second sides of the spool frame set. The terminal unit includes an engaging block having an engagement portion connected to the engagement portion of the spool frame set for preventing separation of the terminal unit from the electromagnetic unit, a terminal set, and an armature component.

    摘要: A miniature electromagnetic relay is capable of increasing the coil packing density, yet assuring electrical insulation of the coil from a core of the electromagnet. The relay includes a pair of movable and fixed contacts, an armature carrying the movable contact, and an electromagnet block having an excitation coil which moves the armature for closing and opening the contacts upon being energized. The electromagnet block includes a generally U-shaped core with a center core and a pair of yokes extending from opposite ends of the center core, flanges of dielectric material molded respectively around portions of the yokes, and a dielectric tape fitted around the center core over substantially the entire length of the center core to receive therearound the excitation coil in an electrically insulating relation from the core. Each of the flanges is formed integrally with an inward sleeve which extends over a limited length along the center core in such a relation that the dielectric tape overlaps the inward sleeves at opposite width ends of the tape. Thus, the coil can be wound over the substantially full length of the core and be successfully insulated from the core over the full length thereof without requiring additional separate member.
