    摘要: A spring operated pinching device, which includes a housing defining therein a plurality of scoop channels for receiving an adjusting knob, an actuating member, a guide board member and a tool holder member, with a compression spring set between the adjusting knob and the actuating member, with a guide rod member and an eccentric spring set between the guide board member and the tool holder member, and with a board tool member fastened in the tool holder member. The downward pressing force of the housing against the board tool member forces the tool holder member to squeeze the eccentric spring permitting the guide rod member to insert through the guide board member into the actuating member so that the instantaneous expansion force from the compression spring forces the actuating member to drive the board tool member to connect a telephone wire to a wiring board by means of squeeezing process.

    摘要: The wafer alignment fixture is provided with a pair of upstanding walls for mounting of a wafer cassette thereon as well as with a roller parallel to the walls to engage with the wafers of the cassette. Rotation of the roller causes the wafers in the cassette to rotate so as to move the notches of the wafers into alignment with the rollers. Upon coming into alignment with the roller, the wafers drop down onto a pair of support surfaces while being spaced from the roller so that further rotation is precluded. The roller may be tensioned in order to eliminate sag due to the weight of the wafers. Also, a second roller may be provided for rotating the aligned notches of the wafers into a different angular position within the cassette.

    摘要: A blade setting tool assembly for clamping a plurality of heat seal and cutting blades within a blade retaining channel of a three blade seal bar is disclosed. The blade setting tool assembly includes a blade positioning block having an upwardly directed blade positioining slot extending along its length to receive the exposed blade edges. A pair of mounting straps fixed to the blade positioning block extend upwardly along opposite sides of the block and include upper ends terminating above the height of the blade seal bar. The strap upper ends are each formed with a slot open to one of the vertical edges thereof to receive opposite end portions of an eccentric roller extending between the upper ends. Rotation of the roller causes an eccentric or throw portion thereof to firmly press against the top surface of the blade seal bar to transmit clamping pressure which firmly seats the blades within the channel with the exposed blade edges pressed against the blade positioning slot bottom into a desired profile relationship. Existing screws are then used to tighten the clamping bar portions of the blade seal bar together to firmly clamp the blades within the blade retaining channel. A method of properly positioning and clamping plural blades along their entire length with the blade setting tool assembly of the invention is also enclosed.

The plate is slightly cranked and of a sufficient length so that the door when the pin is engaged in the lock mechanism is held slightly ajar with the recess presented over the striker pin so that the pin can pivot about that recess. A hex rod extends outwardly from the surface in an opposed direction and is inclined slightly away from the forward end so that a wrench can be engaged over the hex rod to extend around the flange of the door with the free end of the wrench lying substantially in the plane of the plate member.

    摘要: An apparatus (10) for engaging a printed circuit board (12) positioned in rough alignment therewith comprises a housing (14) having a bore (16) which is partially tapered (20). Loosely mounted within the bore is a sleeve (24) having a tapered portion (30) complementary to the tapered portion (20) of the bore. A pin (36) is spring-biased within the sleve and extends therefrom beyond the housing for insertion into a tooling hole (76) in the printed circuit board upon movement of the sleeve into the bore in the housing. While the tapered portion (30) on the sleeve remains spaced from the tapered section (20) of the bore, the pin is capable of limited lateral movement about the axis of the bore which virtually eliminates wedging or sticking thereof in the tooling hole. Once the sleeve is fully inserted into the housing, the tapered portion on the sleeve nests with the tapered section of the bore, rigidly locking the pin in place.
