Each of the walls has an opening. The wall openings together form a recess adapted to receive the wheel. A second protrusion, having two portions situated as an angle extends from the bottom wall interior surface of the mount and is intended to be received in a slot adjacent a cut-out on the bottom of the container.

The vertical offset between the main set and the maneuvering set of wheels forms a two stage lever which improves the mechanical advantage of the lifting device, thereby decreasing the amount of force needed to recline the object being lifted by the lifting device.

    摘要: A transportation support assembly and a transport device are provided in embodiments of the disclosure, the transportation support assembly comprising: a supporting plate; a first baffle plate; a second baffle plate; and at least one bundling strap. Each of the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate is hinged with the supporting plate and is provided thereon respectively with at least one through-hole through which the at least one bundling strap passes such that the first baffle plate, the second baffle plate and the bundling strap cooperate with one another to clamp an object to be supported. Thereby, human labor as required for handling and carrying an apparatus is saved, and any risk in handling and carrying of the apparatus is also reduced, by the transportation support assembly.

    摘要: The invention provides a mechanism suitable for lifting an appliance, particularly a domestic appliance. The mechanism (2) comprises a generally cylindrical body (8) having a wall (50) and a longitudinal axis (16) which extends in an upward direction. At least one rolling support member (20) is rotatably mounted on an axle (100) beneath the body (8). A housing (6) having a generally cylindrical socket portion (200) with an inner surface (208) receives the body (8). The wall (50) and the inner surface (208) incorporate opposing camming surfaces (62) (210) such that when the body (8) is rotated about the axis (16) with respect to the socket portion (200), the camming surfaces (62) (210) co-operate. The housing (6) is moved axially with respect to the body (8) and away from the at least one rolling support member (20). The mechanism (2) lifts the appliance (400) from a resting position and into an elevated position ready for manoeuvring. The invention further provides a mechanism (2) suitable for steering an appliance (400). The mechanism (2) comprises a housing (6) and a body (8). The body (8) is connected to the housing (6) so as to allow relative rotation therebetween about a vertical axis (16). At least one rolling support member (20) is mounted on a horizontal axle (100), the axle (100) being mounted on the body (8) and located so as to intersect the vertical axis (16). A handle portion (10) is connected to the body (8) and extends radially outwardly from the vertical axis (16). This arrangement allows the consumer to steer the appliance (400) in an elevated position, in a range of directions, including but not limited to forwards and backwards.

    摘要: A vehicle seat transporter cart device for facilitating the removal of a rear vehicle seat from a typical van or utility/sport-type vehicle and transporting the same to a desired storage location including a base member having a plurality of wheel members associated therewith for readily moving the overall cart device from one location to another, an upright support structure removably attachable to the base member, a platform member removably attachable to the upright support member for receiving and holding the vehicle seat thereon, the height of the platform member being adjustable relative to the base member so as to be compatible with the height of the rear bed area of the particular vehicle in question, and an additional support mechanism for supporting the platform member in a substantially horizontal position above the base member when a vehicle seat is positioned thereon, the additional support mechanism preferably comprising the standard vehicle jack which accompanies the particular vehicle in question, the vehicle jack being engageable with an extension member associated with the underside portion of the platform member. A plurality of movable carrier assemblies are also provided for transporting the vehicle seat from its previously located position in the vehicle to adjacent the rear portion thereof prior to mounting the same unto the present cart device, each carrier assembly being cooperatively engageable with at least a portion of the understructure associated with the vehicle seat when it is unfastened from its floor mounts. When not in use, the present cart device is easily collapsible into a horizontal storage position which provides a compact profile for easy storage in minimum space.
