摘要: A cable-braking apparatus includes a main body unit at which a main cable is positioned, a drive unit provided at the main body unit so as to generate a drive force, an elastic compression unit configured to compress or release the main elastic element using the drive force generated by the drive unit, a press unit actuated by the elastic compression unit so as to move a press plate thereof to thus press the main cable, and a movement control unit configured to lock or release an anchor pin to thus control movement of the press unit. The main elastic elements are compressed and released by the action of the gear train and the clutch, thereby offering an effect of preventing malfunctions.

摘要: Magnet assemblies for electromechanical assemblies of elevator systems are described. The magnet assemblies include a magnet and first and second block assemblies arranged on opposite sides of the magnet. In some configurations, the block assemblies each include a respective friction engagement surface and are formed of layers of sheet metal, with a portion of the layers having blade teeth that form a friction engagement surface for engagement with a guide rail. In some configurations, each of the block assemblies are formed from powder metal sintering and include a monolithic tooth configuration configured to form a friction engagement surface for engagement with a guide rail. In some configurations each of the block assemblies includes an abrasive coating configured to form a friction engagement surface for engagement with a guide rail.

摘要: The present invention provides a damper of an elevator car, a control method of the damper, and an elevator system, belonging to the technical field of elevators. The damper of the present invention includes a base, a clamping mechanism mainly including two clamp arm components, a solenoid drive part, and a link transmission component, wherein the link transmission component is configured to be movable in a direction approximately perpendicular to a guide surface and drive at least one of the two clamp arm components connected thereto to move towards a guide rail. The control method of the present invention can enable the damper to work in a disengaged state, a slight contact state or a damping output state.

摘要: Disclosed is a brake assembly for an elevator system, having: a housing defining a housing cavity, a housing forward end with a forward end opening into the housing cavity, and a housing aft end; a first magnet disposed in the housing cavity, near the forward end opening; a second magnet disposed in the housing cavity, between the first magnet and the housing aft end, and wherein the second magnet is configured to: reduce attraction between itself and the first magnet, whereby the first magnet moves at least partially through the forward end opening to engage a guide rail that is metallic, thereby preventing vertical movement of the first magnet of the brake assembly, when magnetically connected to the rail, relative to the housing; and attract the first magnet to draw the first magnet into the housing cavity.

According to the invention the side face of the stator beam facing the mover and/or the counter face of the mover facing the side face of the stator beam comprise(s) a brake surface which form(s) the brake interface of the elevator brake.

摘要: An overspeed assembly for use with a governor assembly for limiting of an elevator system, the overspeed assembly includes a rod movable relative to the governor assembly in response to a speed of an elevator car and a pin coupled to the rod. The pin is movable between a first position and a second position based on a direction of travel of the elevator car. The pin is configured to engage a first component to indicate a first overspeed condition when the elevator car is travelling in a first direction and the pin is configured to engage a second component to indicate a second overspeed condition when the elevator car is travelling in a second, opposite direction.

摘要: A braking mechanism for an electric motor includes an electromagnet configured to be selectively energized in response to a control signal. The braking mechanism also includes a first braking member coupled for co-rotation with a motor shaft of the electric motor, the first braking member being configured to selectively translate axially relative to the motor shaft between a first position and a second position. The braking mechanism also includes a second braking member located between the first braking member and the electromagnet and rotationally fixed relative to the first braking member. When the electromagnet is energized, the electromagnet causes the first braking member to translate from the first position to the second position at which the first braking member engages the second braking member to brake the electric motor.
