    摘要: A belt comprises at least a belt body made of a polymer material having elastic properties, the belt including a cover layer as a belt backing, a substructure having a force-transmission zone, and a tension member in a ribbed design embedded in the belt body. The tension member is prepared with a cross-linked polyurethane in such a way that the polyurethane fills at least part of the tension member cavities. The polyurethane filling material enters into a mechanical connection to the tension member on the one hand and an adhesive connection to the belt body on the other hand. The polyurethane filling material has a Shore A hardness that is 0.5 to 10 times harder than the Shore A hardness of the belt body. The belt body is preferably likewise made of cross-linked polyurethane, in particular using a carbon tension member.

The V-ribbed belt comprises a compression section having at least one laterally spaced, longitudinally extending V-rib having first and second longitudinally extending flanks. The V-rib includes an elastomeric material having a dry coefficient of friction encapsulating a plurality of reinforcing bodies having a dry coefficient of friction that is less than that of the elastomeric material. The plurality of reinforcing bodies are arranged generally laterally within the V-rib such that at least a portion of the reinforcing bodies forms part of one or more of the first and second longitudinally extending flanks.

    摘要: A continuously variable transmission belt includes rings each superimposing annular component pieces on each other's inner and outer peripheries, and plural elements attached to the rings side by side in a circumferential direction. Each element includes a neck portion. The rings are disposed on opposite sides of the neck portion. The elements contact a driving pulley and a driven pulley. A lubrication oil discharge mechanism discharges out a lubrication oil in at least one of a gap between the component pieces, and a gap between each ring and the elements. A function of discharging the lubrication oil present in a region remote from the neck portion is higher than a function of discharging the lubrication oil present in a region near the neck portion. Thereby, the rings to which the elements are attached or the component pieces of the rings restrain decline in the centering characteristic in the width direction.
