摘要: Fabricating an electrode for capacitor includes performing a first set of one or more preliminary oxide formation operations on a sheet of material. The method also includes performing a capacitance test on the sheet of material so as to determine the capacitance of the sheet of material after the one or more preliminary oxide formation operations. The method proceeds on a first path in response to a first result of the capacitance test and on a second path in response to a second result of the capacitance test. The first path includes performing a second set of the one or more preliminary oxide formation operations on the sheet of material so as to reduce the capacitance of the sheet of material below the determined capacitance. The second path excludes performing any preliminary oxide formation operations on the sheet of material.

摘要: A composite electrode foil roll for manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor, including: bands of electrode foils; strips of an isolating material positioned along a width of the composite electrode foil roll at a plurality of locations. The plurality of locations are at equal distances and correspond to a length of an inner cavity of a case of the electrolytic capacitor. The bands of electrode foils and strips of an isolating material are alternating. A method of manufacturing the composite electrode foil roll including alternating bands of electrode foils and strips of an isolating material. The strips are positioned along a width of the composite electrode foil roll at repeated locations. The repeated locations are at equal distances corresponding to a length of an inner cavity of a case of the electrolytic capacitor.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an aluminum electrolytic capacitor includes an anode, a cathode, and a fiber film. The anode includes a first metal layer and a dielectric layer. The first metal layer includes aluminum. The dielectric layer is formed on the first metal layer. The cathode includes a second metal layer. The second metal layer includes aluminum. The fiber film is provided between the anode and the cathode. The fiber film includes a first layer and a second layer. The first layer includes a first fiber having a first diameter. The first layer is provided between the dielectric layer and the second layer. The second layer includes a second fiber having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter.

摘要: An electrode includes a core portion including a first metal, and a porous portion disposed in contact with the core portion. The porous portion includes a porous body, a first dielectric layer, and a second dielectric layer. The porous body is integrated with the core portion and includes the first metal. The first dielectric layer covers at least a part of a surface of the porous body. And the second dielectric layer covers at least a part of the first dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer includes oxide of first metal, and the second dielectric layer includes oxide of a second metal. The second metal is different from the first metal. When T is a thickness of the porous portion, the second metal is distributed to a region closer to the core portion than a position of 0.5T from a boundary between the core portion and the porous portion.
