摘要: The present invention refers to an electrolytic treatment device having an anodic compartment comprising a non-chromium (VI) etching solution to be treated and immersed therein an anode. The anodic compartment is separated by a membrane from a cathodic compartment comprising a cathodic solution comprising an inorganic acid, wherein the anode and the cathode are used comprising or consisting of a ternary or higher Pb alloy with Sn and at least one further metal selected from the group consisting of Sb, Ag, Co, Bi and combinations thereof. Moreover, a method for etching plastic parts is provided as well.

摘要: A repair method for a gas turbine blade comprises: a step of removing a thermal barrier coating to expose at least part of a base material of the gas turbine blade; a first etching step of etching the exposed base material; a first identification step of identifying a base material deterioration layer that is harder than the base material from the etched base material; a first removal step of removing the identified base material deterioration layer if the base material deterioration layer is identified in the first identification step; and a step of applying a thermal barrier coating to the exposed base material after it is determined that there is no base material deterioration layer in the first identification step, or after the base material deterioration layer is removed in the first removal step.

摘要: A nozzle device includes a nozzle body and at least one second electrode. The nozzle body extends along a longitudinal axis, and has a top surface, a bottom surface for confronting a first electrode of a workpiece, a recess provided in the bottom surface, and a longitudinal channel extending downwardly from the top surface along the longitudinal axis to be in fluid communication with the recess. The longitudinal channel has an upper section and a lower tapered section which is tapered downwardly to form a lower communication port. The least one second electrode is disposed in the recess for being spaced apart from the first electrode.

摘要: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to methods and systems for X-ray imaging and/or inspection of a PCD element in a protective leaching cup, which may be placed in a tray. Embodiments include inspection of one or more characteristics between the protective leaching cup and the PCD element prior to and/or after leaching of the PCD element. Embodiments also include using X-ray imaging to assist with positioning the PCD element in the protective leaching cup. Embodiments further include inspection of one or more defects in the PCD element during processing and/or after usage by X-ray technique.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for forming apertures in a solid state membrane using dielectric breakdown are provided. In one disclosed arrangement a plurality of apertures are formed. The membrane comprises a first surface area portion on one side of the membrane and a second surface area portion on the other side of the membrane. Each of a plurality of target regions comprises a recess or a fluidic passage opening out into the first or second surface area portion. The method comprises contacting all of the first surface area portion of the membrane with a first bath comprising ionic solution and all of the second surface area portion with a second bath comprising ionic solution. A voltage is applied across the membrane via first and second electrodes in respective contact with the first and second baths comprising ionic solutions to form an aperture at each of a plurality of the target regions in the membrane.

摘要: A process and apparatus are presented for cleaning the tunnels of an electrochemically etched anode foil. The apparatus includes a tank, a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, and one or more tranducers. The tank is designed to receive a plurality of cartridges, each of the plurality of cartridges having a reservoir and being designed to hold a metal foil. The fluid inlet and fluid outlet are coupled with at least one of the plurality of cartridges, and are designed to introduce and expel, respectively, a liquid from the reservoir within at least one of the plurality of cartridges. The one or more transducers are coupled to at least one wall of each reservoir, the one or more transducers being designed to sonicate the liquid within each reservoir at a frequency less than 300 Hz.
