The control knob having an image output part of the present invention includes: a head part through which an image is output; a body part into which a portion of the head part is inserted; a guide part which is provided inside the body part and coupled to the head part so as to guide the horizontal movement of the head part; and a returning part which is connected to the head part with the guide part and guides the head part horizontally moved along the guide part to the central portion of the body part.
Abstract:
A switch device for a vehicular air conditioning system includes a transverse wing surrounded by a knob of an air vent. A circuit board is mounted to an inner side of the transverse wing. The button switch for controlling an air conditioner and an air amount is connected to a switch contact portion of the circuit board to contact the switch contact portion of the circuit board and mounted to an upper surface of the knob. A connector connects a connecting portion formed at a rear portion of the circuit board and an air conditioning controller.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for locking an adjusting means (5), in particular an electrical addressing device, mounted on a printed circuit board (1) which extends in an x and/or y direction. The device includes an essentially flat base plate (2) having a length (L), a width (B), and a thickness (D), to which a first detent spring (4) is attached for locking engagement with marking means (23, 23′) of the adjusting means (5). The first detent spring preferably has an oblong spring leg (7), wherein in the installed state the base plate (2) is mounted on the printed circuit board (1).
Abstract:
The present invention provides a light-emitting control knob capable of consistently maintaining a beautiful design without a problem, such as discoloration or rubbing-off, despite use of a long period because a light-blocking metal plate having light-emitting display windows formed therein is stacked and formed on a top surface of a knob body and of providing a much more beautiful and high-class design than a conventional control knob because surface processing unique to metal can be performed on the light-blocking metal plate. The light-emitting control knob in accordance with the present invention includes a knob body made of transparent or semitransparent synthetic resins which transmit light and a light-blocking metal plate formed of a metal plate stacked on a top surface of the knob body and configured to have light-emitting display windows formed therein.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a ring main unit circuit breaker equipped with a contact force controller, and particularly, to a ring main unit circuit breaker equipped with a contact force controller, capable of controlling a contact force between contacts of a vacuum interrupter, by controlling an interval between the contacts, through a simple manual operation from outside, without having a disassembly operation.
Abstract:
A command selector includes a scroll wheel mounted in a support and free to rotate about a main axis, a fixed printed circuit board, a detection wheel rotating about a secondary axis, a means of transmission rotationally connecting the scroll wheel to the detection wheel of which the rotations are detected by a rotation sensor arranged on the printed circuit board. The main axis and the secondary axis are non-parallel, the means of transmission defines an angle, and the detection wheel rotating in a plane parallel to the printed circuit board, the secondary axis being perpendicular to the printed circuit board, so as to minimize the circumscribed volume of the selector.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a washing machine, a control panel assembly of which has an improved structure to minimize problems caused by a shaking of a rotary knob and the interference of the rotary knob with other surrounding parts. The control panel assembly of the washing machine includes a control panel, a knob guide installed on the control panel, and a rotary knob rotatably mounted on the knob guide and including a boss passing through the knob guide. The knob guide includes a boss insertion part restricting the boss to prevent the rotary knob from shaking. The boss insertion part includes an extension extended from the bottom surface of the knob guide and forming a boss insertion hole, into which the boss is inserted, therein.
Abstract:
Rotational switch assemblies having a thin operational profile are provided for use in electronic devices. Rotational switch assemblies in accordance with embodiments of the invention can include a button, an engagement member, and switch housing. The switch housing includes a radial spring, a post, and at least two contact spring arms. The engagement member includes at least two contact pads and at least two position notches and is mounted to and operable to rotate about the post to one of at least two positions. When the button is moved from one position to another, this movement is translated to the engagement member, which rotates from one position to another, and as the engagement member rotates, the radial spring engages the position notch corresponding to the position of the engagement member, and one of the contact pads engages a corresponding one of the contact spring members for that position.
Abstract:
An appliance control knob assembly includes an encoder with a rotatable shaft. A control knob is connected to the shaft and is mounted on a protuberance that extends into the control knob and provides a bearing mounting surface. The control knob has a hub portion rotationally supported by a bearing mounted within the protuberance, and which engages the rotatable encoder shaft. The encoder is mounted such that prior to attachment of the hub portion with the encoder shaft, the encoder is allowed a degree of movement to come into alignment with the hub portion.
Abstract:
A rotary encoder switch assembly includes a panel having a hole that is defined at least partially through the panel, a recess that is formed along a circumference of the hole, and a bearing surface that is defined either on or adjacent the hole of the panel; a rotary encoder switch, which defines a bearing surface, that is mounted to the hole of the panel such that the encoder switch is configured to translate with respect to the panel, and rotate with respect to the panel until the bearing surface of the rotary encoder switch bears on the bearing surface of the panel; and a spring-loaded plunger that engages with the recess of the panel to provide tactile feedback to a user of the rotary encoder switch assembly when the spring-loaded plunger engages with the recess of the panel.
