    摘要: An assembly quality detection device and a method for a wind screen cleaning system based on streamline pattern, includes a main body of a test bench and a detection system. The main body of the test bench includes a test bench rack and a cleaning centrifugal fan; the inside of the test bench rack is provided with a cleaning space. The detection system includes a smoke generation and transmission device, a two-degree-of-freedom smoke fixed-point release mechanism, a high-speed image acquisition system and a control system. A fixed base is installed on the upper end of the outlet of the cleaning centrifugal fan, a linear moving guide rail device is installed on the fixed base, the linear moving guide rail device is equipped with a moving slider, the moving slider is installed with a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism output end is provided with a smoke releasing duct, the smoke releasing duct is communicated with the smoke generation and transmission device. The detection device and method can test the manufacturing and assembly quality of the cleaning system of the combine harvester by combining the characteristics of wind tunnel streamline pattern with image processing and corresponding mathematical operation.

    摘要: A system reproduces aerodynamic boundary layer transition conditions in a wind tunnel test environment under ambient to cryogenic temperature conditions. The system includes a test component disposed in the test environment that defines an exterior surface. A trip dot is mounted on the test component and has a first state, in which a distal surface of the trip dot is at a first elevation relative to the exterior surface of the test component, and a second state, in which the distal surface of the trip dot is at a second elevation relative to the exterior surface of the test component. An actuator is operably coupled to the trip dot and configured to transition the trip dot between first and second states. A controller remotely causes the actuator to transition the trip dot between the first and second states.

    摘要: The invention provides a large-amplitude vertical-torsional coupled free vibration device, which belongs to the technical field of vertical-torsional coupled free vibration device for wind tunnel test. The gear blocks are consolidated at both ends of the beam. The screws, beam, and the gear blocks are fixed on the model, and they can fulfil the vertical-torsional coupled free vibration. The toothed plate is attached to the sliding block that iteratively moving along the vertical guide rail which is fixed to the ground. The vertical springs attached to the sliding blocks provide both vertical and torsional linear stiffness for the suspension vibration system. The springs only have vertical linear tensile deformations without any lateral tilt, which ensures the linear vertical and torsional stiffness of the model, and the lateral freedom is effectively restrained. This device can achieve the large-amplitude vertical-torsional coupled free vibration of the model, and the deficiency of the traditional device where springs are apparently tilted and the inefficacy of linear stiffness can be avoided. The lateral vibration is restrained, and it is applicable to large-amplitude vertical-torsional coupled free vibrations.

The morphable composite three-dimensional structure comprises a flexible fiber-reinforced ceramic composite comprising a fiber preform and a ceramic matrix material infused therein. The flexible fiber-reinforced ceramic composite defines a flowpath having a three-dimensional cross-section. The cross-section of the flowpath is variable along the length of the flowpath. A plurality of anchors are integrally formed in the fiber preform. The plurality of anchors extend through a thickness of the ceramic matrix. The plurality of anchors are configured to couple to at least one actuator. The at least one actuator is actuatable to vary the three-dimensional cross-section of the flowpath.

The method includes measuring a vehicle center using a gauge. The gauge includes a carrier section from which a pair of arms extend in opposed directions. Each of the arms has an axle center locator. The carrier section has a vehicle center marker. Upon determination of the vehicle center, the vehicle can be located in a wind tunnel at a predetermined location and exposed to an enhanced air flow.

    摘要: A wind tunnel making it possible to measure the vaporization parameters of a test liquid exposed in a gas flow is disclosed. The wind tunnel comprises: a gas generator configured to generate a gas at a flow rate and at a temperature that are adjustable; a conditioning device designed to obtain a horizontal and uniform flow of the generated gas; a measurement chamber containing the liquid to be tested and various measurement devices making it possible to characterize the flow of gas passing through the measurement chamber; a tapping and analysis zone in which the gas-and-vapor mixture is tapped analyzed; and a discharge zone configured to discharge the gas-and-vapor mixture. The liquid to be tested in the tunnel presents a free surface positioned inside the measurement chamber in a manner such that it is swept continuously and tangentially by the uniform flow of gas.
