摘要: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for detecting a distance between a carrier and a plate, the apparatus comprising: a base provided on the carrier; a rotation mechanism rotatably provided on the base and configured to rotate when the carrier is in contact with the plate during movement of the carrier relative to the plate; a rotation angle measuring mechanism configured to measure a rotation angle of the rotation mechanism so as to obtain the distance according to the rotation angle. The distance between the carrier and the plate can be calculated based on the rotation angle of the rotation mechanism, so that accurate measurement of the distance between the carrier and the plate can be realized. Further, the operation performance of the gap detection apparatus would not be affected or damaged by the vacuum environment.

The device includes a body with a machine contact surface, a tool contact surface, a machine rotation axis locating surface and a worm access opening. An anti-backlash worm gear assembly is mounted in the body and includes a worm in contact with the wheel. A bubble level is attached to rotate with the wheel with respect to the body responsive to rotation of the worm. At least one anti-backlash wedge is biased into contact with the worm.

摘要: A length-measuring device for measuring a relative position of two objects includes a hollow section member in which a tensioned scale tape extends. A mounting block is disposed at each end of the scale tape. An adjuster is configured to position a mounting block on the hollow section member in a first installed condition such that the mounting block is displaceable in the longitudinal direction. The adjuster is movably mounted on the hollow section member and capable of being brought from a first to a second position. The mounting block is in the first installed condition when the adjuster is in the first position. The mounting block is movable to a second installed condition by moving the adjuster to the second position. In the second installed condition, the mounting block is fixed in a nominal position defined by the adjuster on the hollow section member.

摘要: A method of measuring a center error between bearings includes disposing both sides of a rotation shaft on inner circumferential surfaces of a magnetic bearing and a backup bearing, applying current to the magnetic bearing to produce movement of the rotation shaft, determining a contact point between the rotation shaft and the backup bearing according to movement of the rotation shaft, determining a final target value using the contact point and predetermined position information of the magnetic bearing, determining a magnetic center of the magnetic bearing through the final target value, comparing the magnetic center of the magnetic bearing and a mechanical center of the backup bearing to determine a center error, and aligning the magnetic center of the magnetic bearing and the mechanical center of the backup bearing based on the determined center error.

A connection verification tool can include a gauge portion sized sized to be placed over a first fluid handling component connected to a second fluid handling component to verify a secure connection between the two components. 摘要: A method and apparatus for identifying locations for holes for a stackup of parts. In one illustrative example, a required edge distance for a hole for the stackup of the parts is identified. A measurement tool is selected based on the required edge distance identified for the hole. The measurement tool comprises a circular section having an edge and an indicator centrally located with respect to the edge of the circular section. The edge of the circular section of the measurement tool is associated with a part in the stackup of the parts. A location on the part for a center of the hole for the stackup of the parts is identified using the indicator.
