摘要： The invention relates to a process for piecing on a machine for producing core spun yarns, said process comprising the following successive steps of: taking off a broken end of a core spun yarn formed from the receiving member, (for example a reel); exposing the internal core of said yarn over a pre-determined length; connecting the core thus exposed with the end of the elementary core yarn; introducing the bared core into the fiber distribution system; distributing the fibers on the core downstream of the point of join; and advancing and winding normally. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out this process.

摘要： A yarn texturizing machine in which there are provided a plurality of treatment positions, each position presenting, in operational sequence, a yarn supply device, a first yarn feeder, a yarn heating device, a cooling zone for the heated yarn, a false twist spindle, a second yarn feeder and a windup device. This machine is presenting a central frame on either side of which are symetrically arranged the working positions. A guide tube for the yarn is arranged between the first delivery device and the heater entry, the connection between this tube with the heater being realized by means of a connecting element also joined to a blowing source permitting to eliminate the fumes inside the heater. The connecting element comprises means to the stop of the blowing during the yarn launching operation and to the automatic starting of the blowing action when running normally.

摘要： A process for producing a yarn with alternate twist, which is obtained by intermittently varying the distance which the twist extends back upstream of a false twister. The variation in the distance is produced without braking the yarn and is achieved by means of a blocking device acting intermittently at a point located close to the false twister. The duration of action of the blocking device approximately corresponds to the time taken by a given point on the yarn to cover the distance from a delivery member to the false twister.

摘要： A device for reducing the otherwise minimum unthreading distance between the end of a bobbin and an unthreading guide in a textile yarn unthreading machine. The device comprises a member which defines a formed edge surface, preferably in the form of a circular disc, mounted substantially perpendicular to the axis of the bobbin and concentric with this axis. The disc is positioned between the bobbin and the unthreading guide to define a specially shaped, yarn supporting edge. The positioning of the disc is such that, as the yarn passes over the edge of the disc while being unwound, the angle formed by the straight line which joins the edge of the disc and the facing edge of the bobbin relative to said axis is equal to the half-angle of unthreading. Further the angle formed by the straight line which joins the edge of the disc to the unthreading guide, relative to the said axis, is markedly greater than the half-angle of unthreading.
