摘要: The present invention offers a production method for anisotropic resin-bonded magnets with precise dimensions in high productivity. It comprises the aligning step in which the preform is preliminary compression-molded in the preforming molding die 22 in the preforming press 20 with an applied magnetic field to align the magnetization direction of the magnet powder at a temperature in which the thermosetting resin in the compound becomes liquid state, the transferring step in which said preform is transferred from preforming press 20 to densifying molding die 32 in a densifying press 30, and densifying step in which said partly cured preform is compression-molded by applying pressure in a densifying press 30 to obtain desired shape of magnet.

摘要: The present steel stock shaping apparatus includes a rolling apparatus which includes a plural set of 3-roll apparatuses disposed along a steel stock transferring direction in series, a precision rolling 3-roll type sizing apparatus 1 which is adapted for shaping, a carbon-material-made guide apparatus 5 which has a guide bore 50 adapted for guiding a sized steel stock "W" to a subsequent process. The inner diameter of the guide bore 50 is set so that it is larger than the outer diameter of the steel stock "W" having a circle cross section by 0.1 to 8 mm, and accordingly the clearance between an inner wall surface 55 of the guide bore 50 and the steel stock "W" is made extremely small. In addition, the axial length of the guide bore 50 is set longer, and accordingly, when a bending at the leading end of the steel stock "W" enters the guide bore 50, the bending is corrected by the inner wall surface 55 of the guide bore 50. As a result, it is possible to relieve or avoid a letter "S" shape bending which occurs when the steel stock "W" is depressed lightly with the 3-roll apparatuses.

摘要: A non-heat-treating steel for hot forging which does not require heat treatment and still yields high static strength, toughness and fatigue resistance only by air cooling after hot forging. The main ingredients are, by weight %, 0.10-0.30% C, 0.05-0.50% Si, 0.80-2.00% Mn, 0.30-1.50% Cr, 0.05-0.50% Mo, 0.002-0.060% Al, 0.05-0.50% V, 0.008-0,020% N, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, where contents of some component elements should satisfy the following conditions,%Mo+%V.gtoreq.0.20(%),1.8.times.%Mn+%Cr+0.5.times.%Mo.ltoreq.20.times.%C, andBs.gtoreq.550(.degree.C.)where Bs represents the bainite transformation temperature and is defined by Bs=830-270.times.C%-90.times.Mn%-70.times.Cr%-83.times.Mo%. Since the mechanical properties are obtained through air cooling, the mechanical properties are stable albeit the size of the forged article and the forging conditions. The non-heat-treating steel is especially suited for use in chassis parts of automobiles and hydraulic parts of construction machines.

摘要: An apparatus that gives continuous hydrogen heat treatment to anisotropic rare earth magnet powders is invented. The apparatus a comprises shopper 12, a furnace 11 to carry out a hydrogen heat treatment, a heat compensating means 14 that is placed in the heating room of the furnace to keep the treatment temperature constant, a movable stopper 15 to support the material in the heating room of the furnace 11 and a cooling container 18. The raw magnet powder is fed into the furnace 11 and supported by the stopper 15, then hydrogen heat treatment is carried out. After the treatment the stopper opens the bottom end of the heating room and the processed magnet powder falls into the cooling room. By the operation described above, the present apparatus can carry out continuous hydrogen heat treatment without stopping the heating of the furnace batch by batch. Continuous hydrogen heat treatment greatly improves the production efficiency and quality of the processed magnet powder.
