A blind spot in an observation area of a vehicle is estimated. Provided is a device for estimating a blind spot in an observation area of a vehicle that performs autonomous driving on the basis of data acquired by sensing the observation area. The blind spot estimation device includes an operation route generation unit that calculates an operation route of the vehicle, an observation area switching position calculation unit that calculates an observation area switching position at which the observation area is switched from a first observation area to a second observation area when the operation route intersects with a travel route of another moving body, an observation area calculation unit that calculates the second observation area, a scenario generation unit that generates a plurality of evaluation scenarios that are different in environmental condition for the operation route, a recognition determination unit that determines a success or failure of recognition of the other moving body in the second observation area by simulating a sensing of the second observation area by a sensor mounted to the vehicle according to the respective evaluation scenarios, and a risk map generation unit that aggregates results of the success or failure of recognition for the plurality of evaluation scenarios and generates a risk map indicating a blind spot in the second observation area superimposed on the second observation area.

A computer system is configured to: obtain, from a user, biological data including a biological signal of the user and motion data including a motion signal relating to a motion of the user and store the biological data and the motion data in the storage device; generate a biological signal time series and a motion signal time series through use of the biological data and the motion data in any time range; correct, through use of the motion signal time series, the biological signal time series to a corrected biological signal time series having reduced influence of the motion of the user; and estimate emotion of the user through use of a first biological feature amount calculated from the corrected biological signal time series, and store an emotion estimation result of the user in the storage device.
Abstract:
A system for managing a network system including an edge server on which an application is executed and a core network of a mobile network connected to the edge server is constructed. The system sets a parameter value group determined by using a setting template associated with an application requirement suitable for an application requirement of the user in the network system. The setting template includes a template parameter value (a parameter value as a template) for each parameter item related to the network system. The system monitors a status of the network system in which the parameter value group is set, and updates the setting template or determines a value displayed based on the setting template based on a result of the monitoring.
Abstract:
Systems and methods described herein can involve for a selection of one or more lines in a grid to bring down, executing a load shedding optimizing process configured to determine optimal loads in the grid that can be shed while maintaining grid stability, the determination of optimal loads is based on one or more lines chosen to be brought down, load importance, and identification of loads in the grid that can be partially or completely shed; and executing a load shedding process to shed loads in the grid according to the optimal loads in the grid topology to shed.
Abstract:
A motor control device of the present invention is connected to a power converter for converting power from direct current power to alternating current power, and controls the drive of an alternating current motor that is driven using said alternating current power, and the motor control device is provided with: a carrier wave generator; a carrier wave frequency adjuster that adjusts the frequency of the carrier wave; and a gate signal generator that uses the carrier wave to pulse width modulate a voltage command according to a torque command, and generates a gate signal for controlling operation of the power converter, wherein the carrier wave frequency adjuster adjusts the voltage command and carrier wave phase difference to reduce eddy current loss generated in rotor magnets of the alternating current motor according to a d-axis current flowing to the alternating current motor and the rotational speed of the alternating current motor.
Abstract:
A protocol chip writes a request from a host apparatus to a shared memory. One of the plurality of processors reads the request from the host apparatus from the shared memory through an address translation unit and writes a response to the request to the shared memory through the address translation unit. The protocol chip reads the response from the shared memory and sends the response to the host apparatus. In the case where a first processor reboots, the first processor performs a reboot process of a first address translation unit but does not perform the reboot process of the shared memory. A second processor reads a first request addressed to the first processor from the host apparatus through a second address translation unit and writes a first response to the first request to the shared memory through the second address translation unit.
Abstract:
A computer system is connected to an infrastructure, a version management system, and an infrastructure management system. The infrastructure provides resources for implementing a service. The version management system manages a version of a manifest file describing settings for building the service. The infrastructure management system generates a command for the infrastructure according to the manifest file, and outputs the generated command to the infrastructure. When the manifest file is updated, the computer system receives a notification including a change ID corresponding to the version of the manifest file from the version management system, and transmits an execution instruction including the change ID for performing a change operation to the infrastructure management system so as to store an operation history of the change operation that is associated with the command and the change ID.
