摘要: Disclosed are a fluororesin interfacial agent for LED packaging, and a method for preparing and using the same. The fluororesin interfacial agent for LED packaging comprises a graphene oxide fluororesin sealant and KH550 silane coupling agent solution. Graphene oxide powder in the graphene oxide fluororesin sealant chemically reacts with the KH550 silane coupling agent, and molecular crosslinking is formed, which tightly fixes a bonding interface and a fluororesin matrix like countless molecular anchors, and which greatly improves the bonding capability of fluororesin sealant and ensures the reliability of LED packaging.

摘要: The present invention relates to a network transmission optimization device for a graph-type blockchain, at least comprising a transaction processing module, a node managing module, and a route managing module, wherein the transaction processing module performs compression on a transaction, and transaction data obtained through the compression are transmitted among different clusters through a routing node selected by the route managing module from at least one cluster, wherein the at least one cluster is obtained through dividing plural nodes by the node managing module. The network transmission optimization method provides a transaction coding scheme to the existing graph-type blockchain systems, and improve use efficiency of network bandwidth by means of parallelized broadcast. The structured network topology of the network transmission optimization method is made to address delay among nodes, and is adaptive to dynamic joining and exit of nodes, thereby improving network transmission efficiency.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a tensor-based optimization method for GPU memory management of deep learning, at least comprising steps of: executing at least one computing operation, which gets tensors as input and generates tensors as output; when one said computing operation is executed, tracking access information of the tensors, and setting up a memory management optimization decision based on the access information, during a first iteration of training, performing memory swapping operations passively between a CPU memory and a GPU memory so as to obtain the access information about the tensors regarding a complete iteration; according to the obtained access information about the tensors regarding the complete iteration, setting up a memory management optimization decision; and in a successive iteration, dynamically adjusting the set optimization decision of memory management according to operational feedbacks.

摘要: The present invention provides an anti-trapdoor-leakage on-chain data restoration system, at least comprising: a blockchain node, for broadcasting transaction data of a request-initiating person to blockchain nodes and proposer nodes in other groups, respectively; and a proposer node, for performing computation of a Chameleon-Hash function using a key set that is generated by a key-generating module provided in the proposer node, packaging the transaction data to generate a new block, and distributing the new block to all the blockchain nodes so that the blockchain nodes update their respective underlying ledgers according to the new blocks broadcasted by the proposer. The system of the present invention not only realizes such functions as restoration and editing of the transaction data, but also protects operational security and reliability of blockchains.

摘要: A multi-modal field-programmable metamorphic sensor is provided. The metamorphic sensor has a multi-layer structure, including an upper electrode layer, a spacer layer, and a lower electrode layer. At least one of the upper electrode layer and the lower electrode layer is a sensor A. The spacer layer is disposed between the electrode layers. A sensor B is formed through forming a structure of electrode layer-spacer layer-electrode layer structure. When detecting an object, the measurement of different physical quantities of different objects is implemented through switching between the sensor A and the sensor B. The sensor serves as a single cell. Multiple single cells are combined to form a multi-cell sensor. A signal acquisition system for acquiring signal of the sensor is also provided.

摘要: A method for configuring a reconfigurable physical unclonable function (PUF) based on a device with spin-orbit torque (SOT) effect is provided. The disclosure uses SOT or magnetic field to change the magnetic moment. After the current or magnetic field is removed, the magnetic moment returns to the easy axis direction. Under the effect of thermal fluctuation, the magnetic moment is randomly oriented in the easy axis direction. The non-volatile devices are formed into an array, the magnetic moments of all non-volatile devices are randomly distributed after a write operation. The read state can be used as a random code to implement the reconfigurable PUF. The PUF has a simple structure and guarantees security. The random code in the disclosure may be two-state or multi-state, which is related to the number of magnetic domains of the ferromagnetic layer. A large number of challenge response pairs form a strong PUF.

摘要: The invention discloses a zinc organic battery having a container. The container contains a positive electrode active material, a positive electrode current collector, an organic solvent, a zinc negative electrode, and an aqueous electrolyte. The organic solvent and the aqueous electrolyte are not miscible and are layered due to different densities. The positive electrode active material has a redox activity, and has the two forms of an oxidized state and a reduced state. If the positive electrode active material itself is a liquid and is difficult to be dissolved in the aqueous electrolyte, then the organic solvent may be omitted. The positive electrode active material itself doubles as the organic solvent and is layered with the aqueous electrolyte. The zinc negative electrode is immersed in the aqueous electrolyte and is not in contact with the organic solvent. The aqueous electrolyte is an aqueous solution containing a zinc salt.
