摘要: An articulated chain with alternating inner chain links and outer chain links which are each connected to each other by means of a chain joint, wherein each outer chain link comprises at least two outer link plates and two chain studs connecting them to each other, each inner chain link comprises at least two inner link plates and two joint sleeves connecting them to each other, and for forming a chain joint, one chain stud each of the outer chain link extends through a joint sleeve of the inner chain link. The joint sleeves of the inner chain links are embodied as winding sleeves and firmly connected to the inner link plates, wherein the sleeve joints of the two winding sleeves are positioned on the same side of a link plate's longitudinal axis and face each other, and the sleeve joints are arranged at a distance to the link plate's longitudinal axis and at a distance to an upper apex or to a lower inflection point of the winding sleeve.

摘要: A rocker joint for a bush chain or roller chain, comprises a bush having a through-passage running along the bush longitudinal axis, a first rocker surface formed in the through-passage, and a pin arranged in the through-passage of the bush and which has a second rocker surface formed thereon. A chain comprises inner and outer chain links, which are offset relative to each other, the inner and outer chain links being connected by rocker joints, each of which comprises a bush and a pin. A friction-reducing joint and a chain with reduced friction and less wear are provided, and thus a reduced CO2 emission of the associated internal combustion engine, the chain being stable and easy to produce. This is achieved in that the bush is configured as a straight circular cylinder in which the through-passage is arranged in the bush eccentrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bush.

A mounting plane defined by the mounting surface of the fastening flange intersects the tensioner housing at an axial distance from the guiding surface of the guide shoe at most 40% of axial transport length of the tensioner between the guiding surface of the guide shoe and the tensioning surface of the tensioning shoe. The camshaft bearing bridge has a contact surface for the fastening flange, to be in contact with the mounting surface of the fastening flange. A camshaft-camshaft chain drive for an internal combustion engine comprising such a tensioner is provided, where the camshaft bearing bridge can be attached to an engine block component.

摘要: A tensioning apparatus or device for a flexible driving means, particularly a drive chain for an internal combustion engine, comprises a housing, a tensioning piston movably guided in said housing and an adjusting or regulating means for gradually adjusting the working stroke of the tensioning piston. The adjusting means comprises a locking bracket and an appertaining locking profile at the tensioning piston, two arch-shaped clamping sections of said locking bracket being engageable with said locking profile, and a resilient spring portion with a torsional area combining the clamping sections in spring-resilient manner. In a preferred embodiment, the locking bracket comprises a U-shaped section with a portion angled towards the housing wall and forming the torsional area. The housing is further provided with a guide projection projecting from said housing wall for axially guiding said angled portion of said U-shaped section of said locking bracket in the working stroke of said tensioning piston in torsion-proof manner.

摘要: The present invention relates to a traction drive with a compensating device for vibration reduction of a driven shaft, for example a camshaft, a water pump shaft or an injection pump shaft of an internal combustion engine, having a drive wheel which is coupled to the shaft, having a drive means, and having at least one compensating mass which is relatively movable in the traction drive and having at least one actuating mechanism for moving the compensating mass. Here, the compensating mass is movable in or counter to the rotational direction of the shaft, and the actuating mechanism is formed as a tangentially acting actuator for moving the compensating mass. The invention also relates to a method for vibration reduction in a traction drive, having a driven shaft, a drive wheel and a drive means, wherein at least one actuating mechanism moves at least one compensating mass which is relatively movable in the traction drive, having the steps: activating the actuating mechanism, moving the compensating mass and generating a compensating torque at the driven shaft. In the case of a control drive with a camshaft adjusting system for the angular adjustment of the control time, the camshaft which is movable relative to the traction drive can simultaneously be used as a compensating mass for vibration reduction.

A packing element is arranged in the hollow space of the tensioning piston and is at least a component of the damping means, such that the damping means comprises a capacity for hydraulic fluid which corresponds to at least 30% of the volume of the pressure chamber added in a 1 mm stroke of the tensioning piston in the extension direction. The device relates to a series of tensioning devices as well as a transmission and a series of transmissions.
