    摘要: In the large-diameter bobbin mode of the bobbin winding device, the switching lever is arranged at the switching position, and the interlocking lever is rotated to the blocking position blocking the lowering of the thread trimming holder at the raised position. Therefore, the small-diameter bobbin is arranged above the regular mounting position if it is mounted on the spool shaft. Thus, the engaging hook of the bobbin stopper does not engage with the upper end portion of the core portion of the small-diameter bobbin, and the engaging hook and the thread trimming holder do not sandwich the small-diameter bobbin vertically. Therefore, when the spool shaft is rotated by the spool motor in this state, the bobbin thread is not wound around the small-diameter bobbin since it idles with respect to the spool shaft.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are an electric press and a method for calibrating the electric press, which can implement a rapid calibration operation. An electric press (10) includes a ram location information storage unit (63) and a load control unit (64). The ram location information storage unit (63) stores ram location information, corresponding to actual load values and representing locations to which a ram is moved, in advance. The load control unit (64) applies an actual load, corresponding to at least one location which belongs to the locations represented by the ram location information and to which the ram is moved, to a compression target by moving the ram to the location. Accordingly, the load value output by the detection unit is calibrated based on the actual load value applied to the compression target.

    摘要: In feed dog mounting/unmounting mechanism, lever is slidably provided to feed base in the front-rear direction, and is forced backward by a lever force-applying spring. Upon sliding lever rearward, fixing target portion of feed dog 22 is fixedly held by base-side fixing portion of feed base and lever-side fixing portion of lever arranged in the front-rear direction. Stopper is provided to feed base so as to be movable in the upper-lower direction, and holds lever. When feed dog is mounted, stopper is pressed downward by feed dog, which moves stopper so as to allow lever to slide. With this, lever is slid due to force applied by the lever force-applying spring, thereby allowing fixing target portion to be held, interposed between base-side fixing portion and lever-side fixing portion.

A lower feed amount setting motor sets a feed amount of a lower feed dog and an upper feed amount change motor changes a feed amount of an upper feed dog. A feed execution range, in which the feed of the object to be sewn is executed by an appropriate feed amount while the object to be sewn is sandwiched between the lower feed dog and the upper feed dog, and a feed non-execution range, in which the feed of the object to be sewn is not executed in a state in which the feed dogs do not act on the object to be sewn, are present. The feed amount of the upper feed dog can be changed only in the feed non-execution range during sewing.
