摘要: A wireless device receives configuration parameters of cells. The cells are grouped into timing advance groups (TAGs) comprising a secondary TAG. The cells are grouped into physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) groups comprising a secondary PUCCH group. The secondary PUCCH group comprises: a PUCCH secondary cell with a secondary PUCCH and a first secondary cell. The PUCCH secondary cell is in the secondary TAG. In response to a time alignment timer of the secondary TAG expiring or stopping: transmission of positive or negative acknowledgement for one or more HARQ processes of an activated cell in the secondary PUCCH group is stopped, reception of downlink shared channel transport blocks via the first secondary cell is stopped, and reception of downlink multicast channel transport blocks via the first secondary cell is continued.

摘要: A wireless device receives configuration parameters for a first logical channel indicating a first mapping restriction of the first logical channel to at least one first radio resource type of a plurality of radio resource types. The at least one first radio resource type indicates one of a licensed radio resource type or an unlicensed radio resource type. An uplink grant indicating radio resources of a radio resource type in the plurality of radio resource types is received. Based a determination that the radio resource type of the uplink grant is one of the at least one first radio resource type based on the first mapping restriction, a first buffer status report (BSR) retransmission timer for triggering a BSR indicating an amount of data comprising data of a buffer of the first logical channel is restarted. A BSR transmission is triggered in response to the first BSR retransmission timer expiring.

摘要: A policy and charging rules function (PCRF) receives from a mission critical video (MCVideo) application function, a DIAMETER AA-Request (AAR) command to establish an MCVideo bearer. The DIAMEER AAR command comprises: an attribute value pair (AVP) comprising an MCVideo-identifier identifying an MCVideo service; one or more quality of service (QoS) parameters indicating a QoS of the MCVideo service; and a priority of the MCVideo service. The PCRF determines one or more policy and charging control (PCC) provisions, based on: the MCVideo-identifier, the one or more QoS parameters, and the priority of the MCVideo service. The PCRF transmits a DIAMETER command to a policy charging enforcement function (PCEF). The DIAMETER command comprises the one or more PCC provisions.

The base station detects a radio link issue with the PUCCH secondary cell. The base station transmits at least one media access control (MAC) command configured to deactivate at least one of the one or more other secondary cells in the secondary PUCCH group in response to the radio link issue with the PUCCH secondary cell.

The plurality of cells comprise: a primary cell with a primary physical uplink control channel (PUCCH); and a PUCCH secondary cell with a secondary PUCCH; a transmit power control (TPC) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); a primary TPC index for the primary PUCCH; and a secondary TPC index for the secondary PUCCH. An activation control element indicating activation of the PUCCH secondary cell is transmitted. A downlink control information (DCI) associated with the TPC RNTI is transmitted via a common search space of the primary cell. The DCI comprises an array of TPC commands. The secondary TPC index determines a TPC command in the array. An uplink signal with an uplink signal transmission power determined based on the TPC command is received from the wireless device and via the secondary PUCCH.

The base station starts transmission of valid channel state information (CSI) via the PUCCH secondary cell in a second subframe occurring a first quantity of subframes after the first subframe. The first quantity of subframes is greater than eight, and is based on a delay from receiving the activation command until the wireless device applies the TAC to uplink transmissions via the first TAG.
