摘要： Techniques produce a crimped composite thread, in which multiple individual threads are extruded in each case in the form of a plurality of strand-shaped filaments, cooled, drawn by means of a drawing device and together crimped by means of a crimping device to form the composite thread. Before the multifilament individual threads are crimped, they are entangled separately in each case by means of an entangling unit of an entangling device. A position and/or orientation of at least one of the entangling units relative to the drawing device, the crimping device and/or a further one of the entangling units is changed during the production of the crimped composite thread.

摘要： A filter device for filtering particles from an air flow has an inlet channel through which the air to be cleaned flows, at least one filter element through which the air can flow and which is held replaceably in a flow channel, and an outlet channel through which the cleaned air flows. The filter device has an insertion chamber which can be closed by a door and from which a filter element can be fed to the flow channel, and an output chamber which can be closed by a closure element and into which a filter element can be fed from the flow channel. A cover is attachable to the filter element, which covers a filter cake on the filter element so that the unit of filter element and cover is removable from the output chamber together.

In particular, an apparatus has an extrusion installation, a plurality of drawing-off rollers and orienting rollers and a multiplicity of winding positions which are held alongside one another and one above another on an operating side of a frame wall. The winding positions are configured such that the wound packages are kept ready for removal at the frame wall on a doffing side on the opposite side from the operating side. Such an apparatus is able to achieve a material flow that is as continuous as possible during the production of the film strips and monofilaments.

摘要： A device for pneumatically conveying and guiding a multifilament thread has a closed conveying channel which has a thread inlet opening at one end and a thread outlet opening at the opposite end. An injector zone having at least one compressed air channel which opens into the conveying channel is formed between the thread inlet opening and the thread outlet opening, wherein the compressed air channel can be connected to a compressed air source. In order to avoid blowing air from flowing back from the injector zone at the thread inlet opening, a return flow channel is formed in a channel section of the conveying channel between the thread inlet opening and the opening of the compressed air channel, which return flow channel connects the conveying channel to ambient atmosphere.

摘要： A method and a device for crimping a multifilament thread are described. The thread is blown by means of a transport nozzle through a compressed air stream guided in a thread channel into a gas-permeable compression chamber. Inside the compression chamber, the thread is compressed to form a thread plug, which is then continuously removed through an outlet of the compression chamber. The compression and the removal of the thread plug are monitored by measuring the pressure of the compressed air stream. According to the invention, a plurality of pressures of the compressed air stream in the compression chamber are measured at a plurality of measurement points distributed over the length of the compression chamber for monitoring the thread plug formation in order to perform the compressing and cooling of the thread plug with a uniform filling of the compression chamber.
